When we're old and we talk to our kids about their best childhood vacation let it be the week they stayed at Unit 203 at Surfside Condominium in Clearwater Beach. So get the bags packed and get ready to make some memories!
In the master bedroom you'll roll over in the morning to watch the dolphins playing and see the beautiful white sand on the beach. Then before the world wakes up you can have some quiet time on your beachfront balcony with your mug of coffee and a novel from the take one/leave one book shelf or take the kids shelling for some one on one time.
You can call for take-out or deliver of the best New York Style pizza you've ever eaten (there maybe some coupons in the pantry)from the pizza place on the corner or you can walk down the beach (less than 3 blocks) or take the trolley to many of our beachfront restaurants where often you can pick up a game of beach volley ball or be adventurous and go parasailing. Plan a special outing to the Pirate Ship at Clearwater Marina where kids can be kids or you can just be a kid at heart. They also have deep sea fishing trips for small or large groups or you can take a quiet dinner cruise. Whatever you decide you're almost always guaranteed to see dolphins jumping the wake and if it's in the evening you'll make your memories watching the most beautiful sunset you'll ever see! If you prefer to stay on land to watch the sunset do it while checking out the vendors and listening to the music at Pier 61 that's also within walking distance.
Do as much or as little as you want it's your decision. But there's 2 things I'm sure of: #1 is you'll make lots of lifelong happy memories and #2 you'll also decide this is your home away from home like so many of our other wonderful guests that have returned year after year.

About the owner: Nothing particularly unique about us. Husband and wife married 25 years no kids. Crazy busy like the next guy. Stayed focused when we were young so we could retire early. We love life!

#1 The view, the view, the view #2 this only has a total of 18 individually owned units and #3 easy access to shopping, medical care and churches #4 because of the multitude of volunteer opportunities and did I mention the view! #5 to retire there and become full-time residents.
