we wish we could have stayed longer. The condo was more than we could have hoped. complete with gifts for the children, wine, chocolates. even a last minute dinner as we arrived so late. the condo is beautifully appointed, you feel like you're almost in Disneyland! the owner was delightful and more than helpful. i would definately recommend staying here and would certainly come back. it was easy to walk to the tram and head straight to Disneyland. comfortable beds, what more can i say, it was very homely and comfortable, she has thought of everything!!! Brilliant! Thank you for making our stay so special!

Britta - thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo while we were in CA. You have thought of every possible need, especially for families with kids! The girls loved the gifts! Everything was sparkling & new in this redone older condo. The owners thought of everything except beach chairs. There were goodie bags for the kids. The refrig & pantry were stocked with condiments, paper products, spices & lots of staples. The Disney motif started our vacation magic. We loved everything about this condo. The walking distance to the Disney tram was only 5-10 minutes. The pool was cold but there was a lovely large hot tub. The playground is brand new. The exterior of the condos was tired but wow, what a surprise when we unlocked our door. Everything inside is new. They even included a laptop. The condo grounds are well kept & clean. I would recommend this condo to any family coming to Disney. Beware, however of school holidays when the park can be VERY crowded. Pack lunch for Disney as the food is pricey & basically lousy. The owners care about their renters & were extremely accommodating. Thank you to them for a great experience. We were not disappointed & found the price very fair.

We had an absolute blast in California and loved being able to come home each evening to a place that was so comfy and truly a home away from home. From the minute we walked in the door we loved it....who wouldn't with warm out of the oven chocolate chip cookies waiting. My kids were thrilled! The personal touches were great. We loved that you had all the beach stuff for us to use on our beach days and all the recommendations you had. We loved Balboa Island and probably wouldn't have gone there without your suggestion. Be able to walk to disneyland was so nice! I would highly recommend this to anyone and it was exactly if not more then what we expected. Very clean and very well maintained. We went to Griffith Park, Huntington Beach, Dana's Point(starfish and dolphins), disneyland(two days), Hollywood Blvd/Rodeo Drive/Venice Beach, Balboa Island(Whale watching and we saw two). We hope to return!!

The condo was just as beautiful at the pictures. Britta made a wonderful home away from home from the welcoming snacks, to the goodies on the bed. My daughter enjoyed the little desk to write in her journal and also loved playing with some of the stuffed animals. It was close to the pool and hot tub yet was just a short walk to the Disney tram. Which anyone can hop on to ride to down town Disney, no tickets needed. If you don't want to take the tram you can walk the path beside the tram route to down town Disney. This would be my first place to stay when planning a stay in the Anaheim area.

Wow! What a wonderful place for grandparents and four of their grandkids and parents... there were 8 of us and plenty of room. We were there from Jan. 29 till Feb.1, 2012. The thing that impressed us the most was the short walk to the shuttle, taking us to Disneyland. The complex is very quiet and clean. I loved the decorating, especially the master bedroom! Our grandkids loved the hot tub. We didn't get the chance to use the pool because all three days were spent at Disneyland. Britta was very helpful answering our questions before we arrived. Yes, we would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative. Thanks Britta for the great gifts for our grandkids. They were so surprised!!

We want to thank you sincerely for everything. It was amazing. This was our first winter vacation in years and it will never be forgotten. Staying at Britta's home was great for my family and I. There were six of us staying here to experience Disneyland/California Adventure during the Christmas vacation. We arrived on January 04-08, 2012! The location was perfect as we were able to just walk to the Disneyland parking lots and grab the tram to the front gate. This took no more than 10 minutes! We had teenagers and one younger daughter of 8 years and it was perfect! We spent from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day at Disneyland or Universal Studios (a 45 min drive) so we didn't spend a lot of time in the house. Britta was fantastic and had everything we needed in the house. She even had some special "treats" and surprises for all the kids (even though some were 21!) Ha! They loved it! Thanks, Britta! We will certainly recommend this home and location to anyone planning a trip to Disneyland with their family! So glad I found it!

What a fantastic condo to call home whilst visiting Disneyland. When we arrived Britta had already created a fantastic atmosphere...Disneyland music playing in the lounge room, the lights and heating were already on for our late afternoon arrival and a plate of home baked choc chip cookies along with a kitchen hamper full of goodies and staple supplies to start our week off. We were able to make some pasta with these supplies and relax rather than rushing off to the supermarket (which is only a short drive away I might add). Our girls loved their bedroom with the stuffed toys and dolls and were right at home with the little desk to draw at. Their "welcome packs" (thanks Britta) were just the finishing touches for the girls to think this was the best place on earth! We had everything we needed from washer, dryer, a well stocked pantry, supplies in the refrigerator and ample bedding & linen supplies. A good collection of DVD's were also available. A short walk (approx 7 mins) to the Disney Down Town shuttle tram meant that we would come & go as often as we liked to Disneyland. We couldn't have asked for more. Plus we could stand outside our condo and watch the Disney fireworks every night. Totally awesome!

Dear Britta and family, Thank you so much for providing such a lovely condo for our family to call "home". We couldn't have wished for more...the kids were buzzing with excitement the moment they walked in the door. Their "goody" bags were a real treat and they have filled their lanyards with Disney trader pins. The ambiance of your condo when we arrived with the lights and heating on and wonderful Disney music playing was terrific. The starter basket of basic food supplies helped out on the first night - thanks! Only a short 10 minute walk to Disney shuttle trams via Magic Way - I don't think we could have chosen anywhere closer to get to Disneyland. We have had a great time...oh...and watching the fireworks from the path outside the door was a real treat each night, too (wow, they are loud!) Many thanks!

My 2 year old daughter LOVED the desk in the kids' room and spent a lot of time working on her "homework" with the supplies she found! We have an 8 month old baby and we REALLY appreciated all of the baby equipment you provided - I have never been anywhere before where they have gone to such great lengths to assure we would have EVERYTHING we might need! It's clear that you have gone the extra mile over and over again to ensure a fantastic experience for everyone staying with you. From my 3 and 6 year old boys, to my nieces, ages 15 & 19, the toys, movies, sweet gifts & super comfortable living space made this once in a lifetime vacation so relaxing and UNFORGETTABLE! The beds were so comfortable! Kitchen and bathrooms so clean... your condo should be a Disneyland attraction! Loved the decor, too! Dear Britta, Thank you so much for the fabulous stay! The extra space for our big family was very nice. Addison loved the pool, she did not even make it to the playground. Dear Britta & family, What a great place! We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. My kids constantly referred to this place as "home" from day one. The treats upon arrival were a great surprise and we and we had to coax the kids out of the condo to go to Disneyland! This condo has everything :-) You are right to say to make to sure look through the cupboards before going shopping. So many little extras, I don't even know where to start. Thank you very much... we are sure to pass your name on to our family and friends who are visiting the area.
