Our 1,625 SF Downtown San Diego Condo will make you feel right at home when you walk in the door. This perfectly located unit in a luxury building is only blocks from Little Italy, one block from the water front, and a short walk to the Gas Lamp District.
The condo has been professionally decorated with a soft urban contemporary feel. The expansive living room includes a 46” HDTV as well as comfortable couches and chairs for reading. The 60” dining table will seat up to 8 people. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen will allow multiple cooks and the bar/counter will separate doers from the talkers without excluding anyone. To enjoy the balmy San Diego weather, the outside balcony offers chairs and a sofa overlooking the garden and pool.
The master bedroom has a king bed with large closets as well as a HDTV. The master bathroom has a large shower as well as a separate tub and double sinks. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and is perfect for a second couple. The living room does have a single convertible bed.
There is an 80’ pool for swimming laps or just enjoying the water. An expansive sun deck offers a relaxing environment. The large spa will work out any kinks that have developed exercising in the on-site gym or from walks along the bay which is just 1 block away.

The condo was completely refurnished in 2008. The completely equiped gourment kitchen allows you the option to stay in when you don't want to use the 100 restaurants within walking distance, the 46" LCD TV with Blue Ray and surround sound will provide entertainment, and if you have to work--the internet equiped office overlooking the pool area will provide a perfect spot to get those tasks out-of-the way. Feeling the need for a little exercise, the complete fitness center with spa, pool, and steam room are just an elevator ride away.
Enjoy the alfresco dining of Little Italy just a short walk from the condo. There is small market located on India.

We enjoy quality living and have furnished our condos to exacting standards. Since we both enjoy cooking and can only eat out so much, our kitchens are fully equipped so you do everything from cutting a take and bake piazza to a full family Thanksgiving dinner.
