FIRST FLOOR:
Spacious hall with bench seat, full size mirror, hat rack, shoe rack, and coat rack. Two bedrooms, each with queen bed, 26" flat screen TV and build in DVD player. Laundry room. Information corner with big mirror, lots of brochures about surrounding area, yellow pager, survey form, and binder with important information about the house. Huge game room with pool table, 26" TV with build in DVD player, air hockey table, aurora mega touch arcade, sectional sofa with ottoman (sleeps 2) bean bag chairs, 46" TV and XBox 360 with games. Spa room with heated pebble stone, bench seat, mini fridge, lots of plush spa towels, bathroom, sauna, entrance to our private back patio with hot tub, outdoor shower (hot & cold) and outdoor furniture.
SECOND FLOOR:
Blue Master Suite - One queen bed and two bunk beds (sleeps 6) with private bathroom.
Green Master Suite - One queen bed and two bunk beds (sleeps 6) with private bathroom.
Yellow Master Suite - One queen bed and one bunk bed (sleeps 4) with private bathroom.
Orange Master Suite - One queen bed and one bunk bed (sleeps 4) with private bathroom.
*All bathrooms are fully loaded with white plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, wash cloths, hand soap, cotton swabs, cotton balls, body lotion, hair dryers, toilet brush, plunger, air freshener and stepping stool for the little once.
*All bedrooms include pillow top mattresses, luxurious bedding, 26" TV with build in DVD player, channel guide, alarm clock, closet, bed stand, reading light, and full size mirror.
THIRD FLOOR:
Open floor plan includes; Huge sofa set with two pull out sofas (sleeps 4), two ottomans, 56" TV, Blue Ray DVD player and modern tile fireplace with fan to distribute heat (optional). Private bathroom around the corner with glass bowl. Library with lots of books, magazines, board games, puzzles, over 180 DVDs and CDs. Stereo with iPod dock. Throws you may use inside or outside on our year round covered deck with patio furniture and BBQ grill. Kitchen with everything you'll ever need (too much to list). Spacious pantry. Big kitchen island seats 6+ and huge dinning room table for 16 guests (one high chair provided). All that plus two 9 by 5 foot corner to corner windows with gorgeous ocean view and breathtaking sunsets.
OUTDOORS:
Huge outdoor covered deck with ocean and mountain view. Comfortable outdoor furniture and BBQ grill located on the mail level.
Back patio is all gated with hot tub, outdoor heated shower, ping pong and outdoor dinning table. Easy access to spa room and sauna.
EXTRA:
Best parking in town. Up to 12 cars (8 in front and 4 on side) WiFi through out the house. Dumbwaiter to carry all the heavy stuff up the stairs for you. Beach chairs, blankets, umbrellas, flashlights and beach toys provided. Playpen, high chair and stair gate for the babies. Two big toy boxes for older children. One inflatable mattress. Endless hot water. Fully insulated walls and ceiling to reduce the noise factor. Key pad on front door (no keys ever needed).

Why the Owner Chose Lincoln City
We love Oregon Coast and we love Lincoln City. It's a great place to try new things. Interested in kites? They will teach you how to build your own kite and then how to fly it - outdoors or indoors. Interested in the thrill of being airborne over the ocean attached to a kite? They can show you how to kiteboard. Or blow a glass art, or cook fine Northwest Cuisine, or catch a crab or spot an osprey. The opportunities are endless. And so is the peace and quiet.
The Unique Benefits of this House
One of the most important things in a big house for a large group is having enough bathrooms. We completely took care of that. With six bathrooms and never ending hot water you'll never have to wait in line to take a shower and hope for some hot water. We even included shampoo,conditioner, body wash, lotion, cotton balls and cotton swabs in all bathrooms with plenty of white high quality bath towels. My personal favorite thing about The Castle is our spa room. I love the heated pebble stone and sauna. We comfortably seat 7 people and with mini fridge at hand, music, plenty of towels and outdoor shower before hot tub...it's my ultimate relaxation!

Our group of adult special needs students and staff thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of The Castle. It was such a perfect fit for our group, there were 25 of us and at no time did we feel overcrowded. The amenities were perfect for each of us to stay entertained, relaxed and at ease. The beds were beyond comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, the sauna was well appreciated, the game room was a huge hit, the endless hot water was wonderful, the view of the ocean and easy beach access all make this house an experience to remember! We absolutely would recommend this house to any large group or family, that want a full beach experience!

The house was beautiful, well maintained, clean, and well equipped with everthing you needed. From the right cooking utensils to shower gels and lotion in each bathroom. We had a very cold and rainy stay but the kids found enough to do in the house to keep them busy.

We had 30 family member aged 84 to 9 months all together. It was wonderful. The house was fully stocked with just about everything but the food. There were so many things to do, it was hard to believe all of us were in this one house. Trying to figure out the sleeping arrangements was the only tricky thing. The owners had left their number if we had any questions or concerns and were very accessible. We liked the location, not right on the beach but then we didn't worry about little ones wondering out. Between Newport & Tillamook, it was easy to hit both. With the BBQ we didn't need to eat out. We would definitly recomend this place and hope to stay here again ourselves.

We had a wonderful reunion with our 4 children spouses and 10 grandchildren ranging in ages from 9-8 months. This beautiful home was comfortable for all especially with all the small children. We love Lincoln Citiy and were so thankful to find such a home available for rent. It was clean and easy to move into and enjoy for the days we were there. Our grandchildren particularly enjoyed the beach and then coming back to the Castle and warming up in the hot tub. We had a blast. Thank you so Much!

Delightful, modern, 3 story house that easily accommodates a crowd. Kitchen is a dream to work in, beds are comfortable [well, Lizzie did fall out of top bunk, but I'm sure that was not because she didn't like the bed]. Place was clean, clean, clean! Beach and store are nearby. Dumbwaiter to haul things up and down. Hot tub was a hit! It was especially nice to sit everyone around the table for dinner and talk to each other. We were 16 with children from 3 to 12 and assorted parents, grandparents and friends Yes, i recommend this place!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+.

The steps got us in shape to eat the great food cooked on the deck and beautiful, well stocked kitchen! Having private baths was very helpful for our family groups. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. They have really worked hard to make this property a place for kids and large groups.

I brought out 15 of my closest friends to the Castle on a recent July weekend. The accomodations were plush and the amenities perfect for a weekend away with a large group of guys. The proximity to the beach and the Casino were perect and also provided us with the peace and quiet we needed to detach from city life. Would recommend to anyone with a large group looking for the perfect coast getaway.

Just want to let you know how incredible your home was for our gruop. I would definately recommend and already have recommended your home to other groups. It's clean, comfortable, beautiful and very unique. Beds were VERY comfy! The Sauna was awesome. Kitchen was terrific.. and the bathrooms were incredible. Thank you for the nice bathroom shampoo's etc. I do have two suggestions. One is you need to add potted plants and or other to the back patio.(not the deck). as well as additional seating to the back patio. Second.. you need a bit more cleaning supplies and toilet paper on hand.
