Our group of adult special needs students and staff thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of The Castle. It was such a perfect fit for our group, there were 25 of us and at no time did we feel overcrowded. The amenities were perfect for each of us to stay entertained, relaxed and at ease. The beds were beyond comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, the sauna was well appreciated, the game room was a huge hit, the endless hot water was wonderful, the view of the ocean and easy beach access all make this house an experience to remember! We absolutely would recommend this house to any large group or family, that want a full beach experience!

The house was beautiful, well maintained, clean, and well equipped with everthing you needed. From the right cooking utensils to shower gels and lotion in each bathroom. We had a very cold and rainy stay but the kids found enough to do in the house to keep them busy.

Family Reunion

We had 30 family member aged 84 to 9 months all together. It was wonderful. The house was fully stocked with just about everything but the food. There were so many things to do, it was hard to believe all of us were in this one house. Trying to figure out the sleeping arrangements was the only tricky thing. The owners had left their number if we had any questions or concerns and were very accessible. We liked the location, not right on the beach but then we didn't worry about little ones wondering out. Between Newport & Tillamook, it was easy to hit both. With the BBQ we didn't need to eat out. We would definitly recomend this place and hope to stay here again ourselves.

We had a wonderful reunion with our 4 children spouses and 10 grandchildren ranging in ages from 9-8 months. This beautiful home was comfortable for all especially with all the small children. We love Lincoln Citiy and were so thankful to find such a home available for rent. It was clean and easy to move into and enjoy for the days we were there. Our grandchildren particularly enjoyed the beach and then coming back to the Castle and warming up in the hot tub. We had a blast. Thank you so Much!

Delightful, modern, 3 story house that easily accommodates a crowd. Kitchen is a dream to work in, beds are comfortable [well, Lizzie did fall out of top bunk, but I'm sure that was not because she didn't like the bed]. Place was clean, clean, clean! Beach and store are nearby. Dumbwaiter to haul things up and down. Hot tub was a hit! It was especially nice to sit everyone around the table for dinner and talk to each other. We were 16 with children from 3 to 12 and assorted parents, grandparents and friends Yes, i recommend this place!

The steps got us in shape to eat the great food cooked on the deck and beautiful, well stocked kitchen! Having private baths was very helpful for our family groups. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. They have really worked hard to make this property a place for kids and large groups.

I brought out 15 of my closest friends to the Castle on a recent July weekend. The accomodations were plush and the amenities perfect for a weekend away with a large group of guys. The proximity to the beach and the Casino were perect and also provided us with the peace and quiet we needed to detach from city life. Would recommend to anyone with a large group looking for the perfect coast getaway.

Just want to let you know how incredible your home was for our gruop. I would definately recommend and already have recommended your home to other groups. It's clean, comfortable, beautiful and very unique. Beds were VERY comfy! The Sauna was awesome. Kitchen was terrific.. and the bathrooms were incredible. Thank you for the nice bathroom shampoo's etc. I do have two suggestions. One is you need to add potted plants and or other to the back patio.(not the deck). as well as additional seating to the back patio. Second.. you need a bit more cleaning supplies and toilet paper on hand.

We held a ladies' retreat at The Castle April 30-May 2. We had a fabulous time!! The house was perfect for the group that we had...enough chairs and beds for everyone! The hot tub and sauna were a hit and the view was terrific, too. We agreed that we would definitely love to stay at The Castle again.

I was recommended this place by a friend, and after checking out their web site, I knew this was the house a wanted to rent celebrate my bachelor party. I went down to Lincoln city with a group of 18 buddies of mine. When we got there, it was even more amazing than it looked on the website. The place is so perfect for a large gathering of fiends. The house has a great layout and creates a very comfortable feel. So much to do from pool table, air hockey and video games to a hot tub sauna and BBQ. There is nothing missing and its walking distance to beach, casino, and grocery store. I couldn't have imagined having a better time with my buddies, even in Vegas, and this house was a major reason. I highly recommend this to anyone having a celebration in Lincoln City.

I really enjoyed the decorations and the view! I am disabled and climbing the stairs was quite difficult. It would be nice if you had a chair attachment to the handrails to help get up and down. The decorations were well done and loved the color co-ordinations excellent. Looking forward to staying again. This house is not handicap accessable.

The Castle is absolutely perfect! We finally found a vacation home we all love. Five families of 28 and never felt crowded or at loss of something to do. Boys loved the sauna and hot tub. Arcade was always in use, air hockey and pool table in constant use. Little once loved the XBox with so many games. Ladies enjoyed the kitchen and gorgeous views of the ocean from your huge windows. The beds are super comfortable and thank you so much for the endless towels. Either we were the first once after their Spring Cleaning or the place is just super clean! Everything was spotless and shinning. Finally the search is over and we found our place stay in Lincoln City Oregon. The Castle receives FIVE STARS from us. Can't wait to be back!!!

Thank you Katrina for sharing The Castle with us! I had the time of my life thanks to the place we were at. Everything you promised was delivered! Big parking, perfect layout of the house, comfortable beds, very clean and the house smelled good! I love that it's professionally decorated and it's very comfortable and functional. The view of the ocean and the sunsets were amazing. There was so much to do from pool table to air hockey and XBox games. My favorite was the touch arcade. I loved it. Sauna was big and hot and the hot tub was very relaxing. Covered deck was perfect for grilling and socializing outside. Beach access was easy and close by. Everyone will be talking about this place for a long time.

We had a great time. We had about 21 people in our group. Plenty of room for all. The weather was stormy/rainy/windy just as we had wanted so we spent a lot of time playing games and using the hot tub and sauna. We really appreciated having a kitchen with all the cookware/utensils/service that we needed. The big couch upstairs was great for getting the group together for visiting and socializing. The kids played a lot of air hockey and xbox360. The arcade game computer was also a big hit and was being used almost every waking moment. We would highly recommend the CASTLE and are looking forward to our next visit on the Oregon Coast.

We had a group of 28 people. We were very pleased with all the amenities this house has to offer. Starting from the very spacious driveway that fit all our cars and still could fit more. As you step inside the house you are swept away by the modern design and the gorgeous ocean view from the living room. The cleanness of the house is excellent. The beds are very soft and comfortable. Every room has a TV and a DVD player. We had a large variety of games, DVD s and books to choose from. This is a great house for a get away with your friends and family. If you have been extensively searching around, and are starting to get dizzy with all the possibilities for vacation rentals - consider the Castle an excellent choice. A great blend of cozy with modern. It really has something for everyone. Hot tub star-gazing, sauna, a walk to the beach, napping, cooking, ping pong and billiards, TV's, BBQ... and more. The descriptions presented here are accurate. I had no complications with rental procedures with the owners. They are very nice, communicative, and made themselves available for questions/concerns. It was very clean, and very comfortable: two big criteria for me. The open plan on the main floor is very welcoming. The kitchen is absolutely wonderful, and it was nice for the cooks in the group not to be "in the kitchen" but rather part of the fun. We had no complaints. We would have loved to stay longer!

We were at the castle in August for a guys golf weekend. Couldn't ask for better accommodations. Not only was the house big enough for 18 grown men but it was a short walk to the casino! So we didn't have to worry about cab fares and designated drivers. We loved the huge couch and the BBQ on the balcony. The kitchen island countertop was also perfect for poker tournaments. Sauna was HOT :) and the hot tub was great. Definitely didn't have to worry about clean towels or our own bed! We will be back again.

We had such a wonderful time at "The Castle". We will have so many beautiful memories of our stay there. You should be very proud of "The Castle" -- it is everything a family reunion needs. We loved so much about the house. Surprisingly, most of the women said they loved the stairs! Good exercise. The bunk beds were perfect for the little children because the rails made sure they couldn't roll out. The teen boys loved the XBox and everyone loved the Aurora Megatouch arcade game. (I loved it so much I wondered if I could buy one --- looked it up on the Internet --- those are expensive!!!) The pingpong table was so much fun. Everyone had to challenge me because I'm the oldest in our family! The dining room table was large enough for us to have great family meals. We loved the beach and had great weather. We even saw the whales at Depoe Beach! And a seal. Spent one afternoon at the Aquarium. We never did get to the glass shops so we've agreed we will have to return to "The Castle". Thank you very much for enabling us to have a fabulous family reunion.

From the moment we opened the door we were hooked. We were a group of 5 children 2-12 and 12 adults. The pool table was in constant use and we played the arcade endlessly. The beds are super comfy and having a bathroom in each bedroom is a real plus. My husband loved the sauna and we gave the grill a real workout! Every one of us loved the enormous table since we love sitting together and this way the kids weren't separated for space reasons. The kitchen island was perfect for late night games of Texas Hold Em. We all give your home a resounding "thumbs up" and you have our highest recommendation.

We had a chance to stay at The Castle for two nights and had a very relaxing stay. We were impressed with the house and all the games and amenities that it featured. We loved the modern, fresh design which is highly uncommon in most rental properties. The house is very spacious and one of the features we loved about the house is having our own bathroom in our room, as well as our own flat screen TV. That makes it very convenient. It's nice to have most of the bedrooms on one level with the kitchen/dining area and living room on a separate level. The view from the deck and the living room is beautiful. The beach with it's easy access is just about a five minute walk. We were never bored at this house. We played board games, ping pong, pool, arcade games, used the sauna and jacuzzi... There is truly nothing we could find negative about the house, it exceeded our expectations. All the little details that were included such as q-tips, cotton balls, kitchen utensils, etc. may not seem important but make the experience that much more enjoyable and convenient. The owners definitely want their visitors to enjoy their vacation. Staying with 13 people we never ran out of hot water. The only negative aspect I can think of is that we stayed for only two nights. You truly need more than two or three days to fully enjoy all the amenities this house has to offer.

We were only the second group to stay at The Castle. There were 20 of us in attendance, 16 high school aged students and 4 adults. That's a lot of people in one house normally... but the set up at The Castle completely allows for it! With the three levels, the kids were able to laugh and play hard with plenty of room, while there was plenty of space for others to relax. On the other hand, the kitchen/main living area is big enough for all of us to have our meetings and hang out comfortably. What a great time. Really pretty place, run by real people, who have great customer service. Would highly recommend. There is no way you will be disappointed.

I came to the house with high expectations, but also with doubt that my expectations would actually be met. My assumptions changed after I opened the front door, I couldn’t help but smile when we walked in and I saw all of what this “castle” has to offer. The house was spotless and had a fresh, new scent to it. The environment was safe and inviting for all of us. There were 26 people who stayed in the house with us and every one of them was comfortable and greatly enjoyed their stay. With all the amenities, I truly couldn’t find one thing that I would’ve liked to see changed or different about the house. Also, Katrina provided us with excellent customer service and was a delight to deal with on our trip. She was very kind, thoughtful and always ready to go the extra step to ensure a pleasant weekend retreat for us. I would definitely come back again and I recommend everyone to say at this place.
