We have stayed in many condos in P.C. and at Edgewater as well.......this is by far the most beautifully decorated place that we have stayed ! The location is excellent...we did not use the elevator the entire time that we were here . Easy access to the beach, the restaurant, the pool and the hot tub. We parked literally, right outside the condo......it was wonderful. Thank you Liz for allowing us to rent your condo.....we will DEFINITELY be repeat renters.....if we allowed. I highly recommend this unit to anyone needing a 3 bedroom. You will fall in love with it !!!

A MUST for a Girls Annual Getaway

This was our 3rd trip back in 3 years for our annual "girls only" trip and was fantastic as usual. Everything depicted about this condo is accurate. It is welcoming and fairly well maintained for the age. We would not consider any other location at Edgewater due the spectacular location of this specific unit. The owners are responsive and wonderful to work with. The units accomodates 8 women comfortably. Kitchen is great for any meal preparation if you choose to stay in, restaurant on the property is always good and the beach attendant on duty is accomodating. The beach is well maintained and Gulf is always so inviting. We enjoy the short drive to Pier Park for shopping and also found a great Mom & Pop Restaurant on Front Beach Dr. in a strip mall called "Dee's Hangout". Great food, large portions and excellent prices. It is so hard to leave the condo and the area to head back to the Mid-West, but definitely always leaves us longing to come back year after year! Thank you for sharing your awesome condo!

We arrived Monday, Sept 3, 2012 and stayed for the month. We have stayed at Edgewater for the past 6 years. this was the first time we have stayed in unit 101. We love the location, first floor, few steps to restaurant, pools, hot tubs, beach. The resort is well maintained, always clean and relaxing. We were very pleased with the condo. They furnished everything we needed. Very comfortable. Great vacation.

The location and the property were great. The food at Ocean's was reasonably priced and tasty. The location of our unit was perfect, it was very easy to get to the beach and the pools. Everything was explained and available to us as we expected and we have absolutely no complaints about this unit.

Great Condo!

My husband and I stayed at this condo in May with my sister in law, my daughter, her husband and their two children. It's a very large condo with large bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful views from every angle in the living areas, very comfortable, a/c worked great. It's older but very clean. Carpet is worn but most are in rentals. The best think about this condo that I have never had was the location. Being on the first floor and on the corner you can get downstairs in minutes. The big pool is right there, a wonderful restaurant and then of course the beautiful ocean. We also could park our car right down the stairs so everything was so convenient. Never used the elevator except when bringing up our suitcases. When you have small children it makes a huge difference! When renting this condo you get 2 chair rentals and umbrella right in front of the condo on the beach which was again so convenient. The over-sized washer/dryer was great to have, unusual in rentals. The balcony is huge and you can sit on two different sides and see the ocean without being in the sun if you choose. This is random but I hate bugs and I never saw one which was wonderful!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This unit has everything you need for a home way from home. If you like to save money on vacation you can cook as much or little as you want. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for anything. This unit is very comfortable and the owners are amazing.

I have stayed at Edgewater Beach Resort many times, but this is by far the nicest accommodations we have ever had. The pictures don't do it justice. The location is perfect. I loved the convenience of being on the first floor. Having an umbrella and two lounge chairs on the beach was an added plus! The owner was super easy to work with. Hope to go back again and again

Just Perfect!

This is our second visit to your condo. It was just perfect both times. Plenty of space for all our grown children plus teenage son-- with friends. Everything we needed for cooking was there, the few times we cooked!! We enjoy eating at the onsite restaurant. The restaurant is a plus when we didn't want to cook or go anywhere. The seafood dip is the best! Edgewater is so easy and in a central location. You can't beat the first floor convenience, the beautiful views and size of this unit. The fourth of July fireworks were great to watch from the balcony. We didn't have to fight crowds or anything. Front row seats to many displays. Liz, thanks so much! This was a much needed vacation! We are already talking about planning to go next year.

I recently visited this condo with a group of friends and family and we had the best time! The condo was tastefully decorated and very clean. The corner location offers tons of convenience to the pool, and ocean with nice views as well. Hopefully will visit again next year!

We have bewen rental guests for several years. We have always been pleased to return to this lovely condo with the knowlege that it will be well maintained and very clean. The owners take great pride in their property and are genuinely interested in providing an environment that meets the expectations of a first-class facility. We like to think that the condo is one of the best on the beach. It is a few steps away from the beach and pool. The condo and the wrap-asround balcony afford a spectacular view of the beach. The resort has close access to many activities, shopping and restaurants. We look forward to our yearly visits.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

What a view!

The condo is decorated beautifully and the location is perfect. We could just walk down the stairs and right out to the beach and pool. The wrap around balcony was perfect for watching sunsets and seeing the fireworks on the pier.

Hi Liz, I want to thank you so very much for letting us stay at your condo on Panama City Beach. We had such a great time and enjoyed the condo very much. Although it rained 2 out of 3 days and while the weather wasn't exactly what we had hoped for, we still managed to get in a full day of sun on Sunday, lots of seafood and lots of rest and relaxation to the sound of the surf. It is an amazing spot and we hope to visit again soon. Also, we want to thank you for our extended check-out time. It proved to be very helpful - we had unbelievably hard rains on Tuesday morning, and the additional time allowed us time to load the car and wait it out. The weather finally broke around 11am, and the sun finally came out -- just in time for us to go home! Oh well... I was able to decompress quickly and enjoy the beautiful view from the patio, the comfortable bed, the pool on our sunny day, spending time on the patio reading my book, and just being away from the rush of my regular routine. I hope to contact you again next year to make new reservations for yet another trip to PCB!

We had a spectacular week in such a great place. We have stayed at Edgewater numerous times and this had to be the best! What more could you ask for, such wonderful accomodations on the FIRST FLOOR! (This helped as someone decided to set off the fire alarm in the middle of the night. It was so easy to get our mother down just one flight of stairs.) The nicest that Edgewater has to offer!

This is a very nice property. Easy access from the beach, pool and parking lot, as the unit is located very close to the stairs on the first floor. No need to wait on an elevator. The unit is nicely furnished with unique animal theme. Quality bedding in each room with comfortable mattresses. The wrap around balcony provides a great view in numerous directions with plenty of chairs to choose from. Only issues were very minor such as: garbage disposal did not work, small water heater for 5-7 people to use (40 gallons). I have stayed at the Edgewater resort for the past three years and this is by far the best unit that I have rented. If you plan on staying at the Edgewater Resort, this is definitely the unit to rent. The owner is very friendly and easy to deal with on the phone. The rental process went great.

Our first winter as "Snow Birds" and staying in your condo was an awesome experience for us all. The condo had everything and more than we expected and very spacious so the two couples had plenty of room to find their own space. Liz and Mike It was a wonderful week we had staying at your condo. We could not have asked for more. It's beautiful and the beaches as well. I can't thank you both enough for everything. Jennifer said, "This first floor location was perfect. My mother-in-law joined us, but doesn't really care for the sand. So, she sat at the balcony and would watch us. She loved it! Also, while we were at the beach, at "our complimentary" beach chairs from Liz...we would chat with others from the resort. We'd exchange words and talk about where we were staying. It was great. We would just point to "mom" on the first floor balcony of Tower 2 and say, "That's where we are staying!" People were so envious!

Liz, We had such a nice time. It was my 1st trip to PCB, even though I am a FL resident. We have been going to Myrtle Beach for our summer get togethers for a while...but no more! The ocean is beautiful! The sand is soft and the waves are gentle. Not overcrowded and I felt my girls could walk the resort safely. We will definitely come back. Thanks so much for the nice vacation home!

This is a beautiful condo. Not enough can be said about it. There is such an elegant air to the place. As you walk through the condo for the first time, you are in awe and have to go back and look again. It is so tastefully furnished. The amendities they provide for you is very appreciative. There is also the convenience of being on the first floor. Two short flights of steps and you're there! Thanks, Mike and Liz for helping to make our trip not only fun at the beach in the Florida sunshine, but also in feeling the comforts of home. I never felt I had given up the conveniences of being home. What a treat!

Dear Liz and Mike- Your beach home is beautiful and we really enjoyed staying here. It was nice not having to use the elevators and being so close to everything. "Convenience" means so much when you are with children who are 4 and 6 years of age and two "70 somethings"! We had a blast!

My family and I have been coming to the Edgewater resort for over ten years now. We have always rented condos from the owners. I have to say that Liz's and Mike's condo is the best we ever stayed in. It was just FANTASTIC! It's everything a family could ask for. You couldn't pick a better location. Finally, the decor of this condo is the best, you just feel right at home. We have stayed at Edgewater for 10 years and this is by far the nicest condo we've stayed in. We will definitely come back. Everything was wonderful. Thanks so much!
