I have stayed at Edgewater Beach Resort many times, but this is by far the nicest accommodations we have ever had. The pictures don't do it justice. The location is perfect. I loved the convenience of being on the first floor. Having an umbrella and two lounge chairs on the beach was an added plus! The owner was super easy to work with. Hope to go back again and again

This is our second visit to your condo. It was just perfect both times. Plenty of space for all our grown children plus teenage son-- with friends. Everything we needed for cooking was there, the few times we cooked!! We enjoy eating at the onsite restaurant. The restaurant is a plus when we didn't want to cook or go anywhere. The seafood dip is the best! Edgewater is so easy and in a central location. You can't beat the first floor convenience, the beautiful views and size of this unit. The fourth of July fireworks were great to watch from the balcony. We didn't have to fight crowds or anything. Front row seats to many displays. Liz, thanks so much! This was a much needed vacation! We are already talking about planning to go next year.

I recently visited this condo with a group of friends and family and we had the best time! The condo was tastefully decorated and very clean. The corner location offers tons of convenience to the pool, and ocean with nice views as well. Hopefully will visit again next year!

We have bewen rental guests for several years. We have always been pleased to return to this lovely condo with the knowlege that it will be well maintained and very clean. The owners take great pride in their property and are genuinely interested in providing an environment that meets the expectations of a first-class facility. We like to think that the condo is one of the best on the beach. It is a few steps away from the beach and pool. The condo and the wrap-asround balcony afford a spectacular view of the beach. The resort has close access to many activities, shopping and restaurants. We look forward to our yearly visits.

The condo is decorated beautifully and the location is perfect. We could just walk down the stairs and right out to the beach and pool. The wrap around balcony was perfect for watching sunsets and seeing the fireworks on the pier.

Hi Liz, I want to thank you so very much for letting us stay at your condo on Panama City Beach. We had such a great time and enjoyed the condo very much. Although it rained 2 out of 3 days and while the weather wasn't exactly what we had hoped for, we still managed to get in a full day of sun on Sunday, lots of seafood and lots of rest and relaxation to the sound of the surf. It is an amazing spot and we hope to visit again soon. Also, we want to thank you for our extended check-out time. It proved to be very helpful - we had unbelievably hard rains on Tuesday morning, and the additional time allowed us time to load the car and wait it out. The weather finally broke around 11am, and the sun finally came out -- just in time for us to go home! Oh well... I was able to decompress quickly and enjoy the beautiful view from the patio, the comfortable bed, the pool on our sunny day, spending time on the patio reading my book, and just being away from the rush of my regular routine. I hope to contact you again next year to make new reservations for yet another trip to PCB!

Liz and Mike, Thank you so much for a wonderful week at Edgewater Resort, Tower II #101. It was absolutely awesome. My family loved your beautiful condo! We had a spectacular week in such a great place. We have stayed at Edgewater numerous times and this had to be the best! What more could you ask for, such wonderful accomodations on the FIRST FLOOR! (This helped as someone decided to set off the fire alarm in the middle of the night. It was so easy to get our mother down just one flight of stairs.) This is a very nice property. Easy access from the beach, pool and parking lot, as the unit is located very close to the stairs on the first floor. No need to wait on an elevator. The unit is nicely furnished with unique animal theme. Quality bedding in each room with comfortable mattresses. The wrap around balcony provides a great view in numerous directions with plenty of chairs to choose from. Only issues were very minor such as: garbage disposal did not work, small water heater for 5-7 people to use (40 gallons). I have stayed at the Edgewater resort for the past three years and this is by far the best unit that I have rented. If you plan on staying at the Edgewater Resort, this is definitely the unit to rent. The owner is very friendly and easy to deal with on the phone. The rental process went great.

Our first winter as "Snow Birds" and staying in your condo was an awesome experience for us all. The condo had everything and more than we expected and very spacious so the two couples had plenty of room to find their own space. Jennifer said, "This first floor location was perfect. My mother-in-law joined us, but doesn't really care for the sand. So, she sat at the balcony and would watch us. She loved it! Also, while we were at the beach, at "our complimentary" beach chairs from Liz...we would chat with others from the resort. We'd exchange words and talk about where we were staying. It was great. We would just point to "mom" on the first floor balcony of Tower 2 and say, "That's where we are staying!" People were so envious!

Liz, We had such a nice time. It was my 1st trip to PCB, even though I am a FL resident. We have been going to Myrtle Beach for our summer get togethers for a while...but no more! The ocean is beautiful! The sand is soft and the waves are gentle. Not overcrowded and I felt my girls could walk the resort safely. We will definitely come back. This is a beautiful condo. Not enough can be said about it. There is such an elegant air to the place. As you walk through the condo for the first time, you are in awe and have to go back and look again. It is so tastefully furnished. The amendities they provide for you is very appreciative. There is also the convenience of being on the first floor. Two short flights of steps and you're there! Thanks, Mike and Liz for helping to make our trip not only fun at the beach in the Florida sunshine, but also in feeling the comforts of home. I never felt I had given up the conveniences of being home. What a treat!

My family and I have been coming to the Edgewater resort for over ten years now. We have always rented condos from the owners. I have to say that Liz's and Mike's condo is the best we ever stayed in. It was just FANTASTIC! It's everything a family could ask for. You couldn't pick a better location. Finally, the decor of this condo is the best, you just feel right at home. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!We booked this condo with Liz for our wedding on the beach. The photos Liz has on her website do not do the condo justice. It was beautiful, elegent, and tastefully decorated. The bed was soooooo comfortable. There was nothing that we needed that wasnt there. Our first morning there as we had coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean we saw six dolphins playing in the water about 80 yards out from the beach. We sat in awe as it was our first view of dolphins in thier natural surroundings. The weather during our 5 days there May 6-10th was perfect. The ocean warm, the breezes soft. The pools and the jaccuzzi are open till midnight which we used daily. Our wedding on Sat. evening at sunset was so romantic. It was very small and personal. We married under the palms that are directly beneath the huge balcony of the condo. Everyone on the beach clapped and wished us well. The food at the Palpala was excellent and very reasonable. Liz was very helpful in getting any and all info that I requested about the condo, city, attractions and our wedding preperations. There is no waiting period or blood tests needed for a marraige license and cost 88.00. It was a 10 minute drive and 10 min. to get the license. Everything about our stay was exceptional! Cant wait to go back for our anniversery! Thank you Liz for helping to make my marraige and honeymoon so beautiful.
