The house has an amazing view, and an entrance with a big palapa on top. It's divided onto three levels, with a heated pool, amazing views, grills at terrace near the pool. Plenty of room, for more than 20 people seated. Surrounded by palm trees, fully staffed house, a very good or the best cook, very private areas, a very large TV room with bar and tables for playing cards, at bottom.
The house is separated into two separate room areas, which connect at the pool and common areas. The house is oceanfront, about 30 meters from sea level. Very open big areas in each level.

This is the best and most exclusive area in Manzanillo, great private beach, it's a great vacation house, with all the privacy we needed, a house surrounded by trees and palm trees, just 30 meters from the ocean. We built the house to our needs and have been making changes over the years. The home has never been rented before.
