This gorgeous home nestled in the historic Hollywood Hills has quite a history of its own -- most notably it served as the backdrop for George Barris' last official photo shoot of Marilyn Monroe.
Limited edition photos in the foyer highlight key identifying characteristics shown of the house during the shoot. Additionally, the house neighbors the historic home where the Beatles wrote and recorded their smash hit "Blue Jay Way", and current neighbors are Brad Pitt, Tyler Perry, Leonardo DiCaprio, Ben Affleck, etc -- to name a few. The House features Sony LCD TVs through-out the premises with Direct TV. There is a media room with a 60-inch plasma and a surround sound entertainment system. Every room in the house as well as the patio is wired for sound. The House is wired for internet and Wi-Fi.
The House has 4 bedrooms but 3 beds as one is used as an office. Therefore, I suggest a maximum of 6 persons using the house during a rental period. Additionally, there is a inflatable double mattress on the premises if necessary for more accommodations.
The Hollywood Hills are only a 5-minute drive from cute boutiques for shopping and quaint restaurants for dining or people watching. Every amenity necessary is only minutes away from the house.
