This Condo has a breath taking view from the time you enter the front door. Beautiful white sand and the steady flow of bright blue waves hitting the shore can be seen without any obstructions. You are so close to the Gulf of Mexico that you can smell and feel the salt air. The cottage decor creates Southern Comfort throughout the unit designed to work well with children. The balcony is furnished for pleasant meals, reading, or just replenishing your soul with the beauty and sounds of nature. Prop up your feet and let the Waves hitting the shore take you far, far away. Private large balcony has walls on the side and a roof overhang. It stretches across the living room and master bedroom. Photo 1 is the ACTUAL VIEW from the balcony without a zoom lens. We are local owners and do our best to make your vacation special and provide your family a very CLEAN and COMFORTABLE stay.

Why the Owner Chose Seaside Beach & Racquet Club
I bought at Seaside due to the proximity to the Gulf View and all the conveniences nearby. Adventure Island is directly across the street, along with grocery stores and restaurants. The beautiful grounds with grass and flowers are well kept throughout the year. The roar of the ocean was calling my name. How could I resist?
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Enjoy bike riding around the Gulf State Park or go fishing in the bay or Gulf. There are charters available year round at a reasonable price. Shopping at the huge outlet center in Foley is fun, also the train museum in downtown Foley is fun for all. Take some time to take a drive to Fairhope and enjoy the small shops and lovely pier. The naval museum is within an hour drive to Pensacola or visit the USS Alabama in Mobile. You will never be bored here !

Condo was great. Would suggest some dinnerware & glassware that is not glass. Also, would suggest reading material. Everything else was great.... Hope the oil spill doesn't stop people from coming to see how beautiful our beaches are.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and orderly, and the owner was friendly and helpful with directions and advice for restaurants. We loved how well stocked the kitchen is with a blender, pots, pans, and plenty of cups and bowls and plates. The property has two pools, with this condo overlooking one and having a gorgeous view of the gulf. The balcony goes across the back, so the master bedroom or living room can access and enjoy the salty breeze and the white sandy beaches. Orange Beach is only five minutes from Gulf Shores. We liked how it was a touch cheaper to stay in Orange Beach, but a quick drive into either town for food or shopping. Our favorite restaurant was Sea and Suds off the main strip. I'd recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy the Alabama coastline. It's reserved enough for a relaxing vacation, but the beach is very inviting. We never bored of things to do between the dozen putt-putt courses and great shopping.

We stayed a week during the summer at this oceanside condo. We had a wonderful view of the ocean!We loved sitting on the patio overlooking the beautiful ocean, beach and the pool. We spent half the day at the beach and the other half at one of the large pools. This condo had everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation. The location of the condo is convenient; close to souvenir stores, restaurants and grocery stores. The rooms are spacious, the decor is light and bright. The condo is cozy and peaceful. The property was clean and well maintained.We will be back again for another week at this same condo. I would recommend this property/condo to friends and relatives. It was a relaxing and wonderful beach vacation!

We've stayed in this condo several times, and we've had a blast every time. The condo is nicely located on the beach side, and, being on a higher floor, the 4th floor I believe, creates fantastic views and a great place to watch the sun set. We love sleeping with the sliding doors open so we can hear the waves crashing while we sleep. We can't wait for our next stay!

The description and pictures are accurate for this unit. The unit was clean and cheerfully decorated with a well stocked kitchen. The owners answered all our questions and referred us to restaurants and other sites to visit. I would recommend this property. Live Bait was our favorite place to eat, we also enjoyed the zoo.

This condo unit has a fantastic view. We sat on the balcony to drink our coffee and watch the dolphins play in the Gulf. The floors and furniture were clean and the unit was nicely decorated. Our kids could be seen in the pool playing so our family could take turns relaxing on the huge balcony.
