This Condo is located with a Direct Front View of the Gulf. Enjoy our special rates for November and December. Just email the nights you need (3 night min) and we'll give you a complete price. This unit is high enough for a fantastic view of rolling waves hitting the sand, dolphins traveling by with fishing boats and swimmers. FREE WI-FI and decorated for the Holidays. Christmas tree is ready, it just needs company.
It is low enough for the waves to lullaby you to sleep as cool breezes flow off the Gulf. You have a southern and westerly view of the long white sandy beach with beautiful sunsets. You do not have to turn your neck to see the Gulf in the distance, it is Right in Front of You! Hear the waves hit the shore, smell the salt air, and watch the beach traffic. One of two outdoor pools is down below our unit, enjoy watching your family play. A large indoor pool is also available. This time of year you will enjoy no crowds and lots of quiet.
You will only be a short distance from restaurants, food centers, and other entertainment that is abundant in Orange Beach. It is nicely furnished and comfortable for you and your family to feel at home. Warning, you will not want to leave!
The living room and master bedroom have sliding doors that open directly onto a private balcony with a view of the Gulf of Mexico and one of the 3 pools available at this complex.
The master bedroom has a King size bed and private bath. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds and separate bath. There is a convertible sofa in the living room that sleeps two. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities of home.
Washer and dryer located in the unit for your convenience.
The only way you can get closer to the Gulf is on a raft! Walk along the beach, get sand between your toes while you collect shells to take back home. After a relaxing vacation here, life gets easier.

We live in a town near Orange Beach. When our Condo is not rented, our children and grandchildren love to come to the beach.
Why the Owner Chose Seaside Beach & Racquet Club
I bought at Seaside due to the proximity to the Gulf View and all the conveniences nearby. Adventure Island is directly across the street, along with grocery stores and restaurants. The beautiful grounds with grass and flowers are well kept throughout the year. The roar of the ocean was calling my name. How could I resist?
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Enjoy bike riding around the Gulf State Park or go fishing in the bay or Gulf. There are charters available year round at a reasonable price. Shopping at the huge outlet center in Foley is fun, also the train museum in downtown Foley is fun for all. Take some time to take a drive to Fairhope and enjoy the small shops and lovely pier. The naval museum is within an hour drive to Pensacola or visit the USS Alabama in Mobile. You will never be bored here !
