This Edwardian Building was built in 1911 and completely restored, down to the studs in 2008. It is now two units, mine being the lower one. The condo has a private yard, entirely for the use of the condo. The interior has been restored with the best of materials, crown molding, hardwood floors, custom tiles and granite. The most up to date appliances, Sub-zero, Wolf range, Wine refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher have been used. The bathrooms have large, comfortable showers. There are flat screen TV's and cable in two bedrooms and the family room, with surround sounds and DVD and iPod music system. The flat is decorated with my own collection of antiques from my years as a dealer.
The location is perfect for visitors to the city. You are within walking distance of the Mission, Noe Valley and the Castro districts and can easily access the whole city from the J Church rail line, just half a block away. With a MUNI pass, you have can get all over the city without renting a car.
One of the best small gourmet grocery stores in the city, Bi-Rite Market, is only three blocks away.
It's three blocks to 24th Street, which runs through the center of Noe Valley, with Martha's coffee, the local farmer's market on Saturday, restaurants, stores and soon a new Whole Foods Market. Some great restaurants are located here; Bacco, Firefly and Cafe Zinc.

San Francisco is a wonderful city to visit and live in. It is beautiful, clean and easy to get around in. The city is a foodies paradise, with the confluence of so many cultures, organic local foods, world class wines and creative and innovative chefs. There are numerous interesting museums, including the new De Young and The Academy of Science in Golden Gate Park, the Legion of Honor and The Asian Art Museum, to name a few. You can explore different cultures in Chinatown and North Beach, with delicious restaurants and stores. And you're only a short drive from Napa, Sonoma and Marin counties, with Pt Reyes National Seashore and wineries, and the beautiful rugged Sonoma coast.

The location is between the Mission, The Castro and Noe Valley, three delightful and different areas of the city. The J Church street car stop is one half block away, eliminating the need for a car while staying here.
