This condo suited us perfectly - it's on the list of "returns" for next time around. The location is perfect - easy access to the city by cab or Muni line. Garage is great and our mid-sized SUV fit fine without impeding the other space. We're cooks, so the kitchen made us smile - although, we walked and dined everywhere. The larger bedroom on the main floor uses the hallway bathroom (not en-suite) but it is ample size with a nice shower. Bedroom with bunk beds has a small bath well suited for single access, or children. Master suite overall is very spacious with nice amenities. This has steep stairs outside, a bit easier inside, so not so easy if you cannot manage stairs. Definitely go to "Delfina's" - no matter what the menu says you'll be amazed. Walk to "Tartine" for bakery goods and bring it home! don't forget to go UP the street to eateries too. The park is amazing at sunset and great for your pets. Thanks to Boutika for going the extra mile to make our trip special. We're happy to give it 5 stars. Our appreciation to the owners for making this available to us in this great city.

Fantastic Apartment in Dolores Heights

We had a fantastic stay at this Dolores Heights property. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. We had everything we needed - we didn't have to bring any of our own supplies, and the flat felt luxurious without being too fancy. The bathrooms and appliances are all modern and beautiful. It's perfect for a family of 5. The location was extremely convenient to Noe Valley and the Mission, and just steps from the Muni which took us downtown. We will definitely stay again!

The house is beautifully appointed and VERY comfortable. We felt like we were at home from the moment we walked in. The house was just as described with the bonus of having many amenities provided such as shampoo, laundry detergent, and even a hair dryer. We were nervous about 2 kids with the fine furnishings, but it was more kid-proof than it looks. Even provided a high chair! Never made it to Dolores Park to play, but it was like an ace in the hole if the kids got fussy. The neighborhood was very nice! The guidebook provided with grocery store and restaurant information was VERY helpful, as were the many directions on how to operate TV and DVD player, etc. I recommend getting a Safeway card (or having the house provide one) - it saved us over $50 on groceries. Parking in garage with large van was tricky, but doable.

Our experience at the Dolores Heights property was amazing. The home is beautiful with every luxury one could want. There was not one thing we needed. Everything was provided. The area was perfect for food, sites, entertainment and comfort. All San Francisco activities were within a 15 minute ride. Every bit of information on the website re: this property was 100% accurate. In fact, we found more amenities and luxuries in the condo than were explained on the website. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wishing to stay in San Francisco.

This was one of the nicest houses we have ever stayed in! It is beautifully decorated, with a great living room for family togetherness (I wish I could take that couch home with me), a well-appointed kitchen, and lots of extra touches that made it feel just like home (except nicer, maybe). It felt high-style (with lots of lovely things to look at in every direction, treasures from France & India), without being so stuffy that I was worried at every turn that my children would break something. The beds were very comfortable, the washing machine was exceptionally efficient (can you tell I am the mother of two boys?), and all together we could not have been happier. Plus the staff at the rental agency were very helpful whenever we called with questions. Over the years we have stayed in a lot of rental houses, and almost always they are not as nice as they look in the on-line photos. This one really does live up to, or even exceed, what you see in the pictures. Plus a great neighborhood for food (both restaurants and high-end provisioning), perfectly perched between Noe Valley's 24th street commercial area and the Mission's hip food scene. Reasonably convenient to the J Muni stop and a 15 minute walk from the 16th & Mission BART stop - we managed all week without a car, though it was nice to have the option of using the parking spot.
