A couple of blocks from the subway. Lots of restaurants handy and even an ice cream shop on the same street. Very cozy and clean. Washer and dryer available. Friendly people. What's not to like? We really enjoyed our stay and would heartily recommend this accommodation.

I have to say that I fell in love with this charming little "pied a terre" and I don’t feel that the photos do it justice. Cleaning & upkeep are clearly a priority for the owner, everything was spic & span. The decor is largely contemporary and quite appealing. The kitchen is modern & surprisingly well setup for a studio. The dinnerware is lovely, Studio Nova & Mikasa if I recall? I love my baths and the Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was just the ticket for relaxing with a book and a glass of wine before crawling into bed. The bed BTW was another nice surprise; it was uber-comfy and the linens were premium quality – nice touch! The owner was a doll. Friendly, helpful and informative but not at all intrusive. The location was ideal for me; in a very pretty and prestigious area of town but only a few blocks from Yonge & Bloor. I’m a foodie and the selection of restaurants just 3 blocks away was amazing! The quick walk to the subway took me past at least 6 upscale eateries and several adorable boutiques, including an ADORABLE pet-shop where I bought some “souvenirs” for my pups at home. I think my wallet was lightened in just about equal proportion to the increase of my waistline on those walks ;-) I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to friends or family spending time in Toronto. In fact, I've been singing it's praises to anyone who would listen. The only caveat would be that while nicely laid out, space is limited and it would be tight for more than 2 people if staying for a while. I was on my own for my short stay and I loved it. Complaints? Only one and that would be that I can’t afford to keep this place on retainer so it’s available to me whenever I want to pop in for a getaway ;-)

All the comforts of home in another city within easy walk of many attractions, restaurants, etc. Very clean, but not as bright as pictured in cloudy weather.

I stayed for a week and the landlady was extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment is well furnished on a beautiful street. The are plenty of restaurants and cafes in close walking distance and the subway is a short walk. I would recommend the apartment for a short or longer venues. It is a very relaxing place to stay.

I enjoyed my three month stay here. Apartment is well laid out and the quietest place I've been in Toronto. Furnishings in lovely taste. Although the apartment is in the basement, it is cleverly designed so that there is light from windows on three sides. Landlady was extremely pleasant and helpful. Neighborhood is charming and the house is, in fact, close to four subway stops with many amenities in walking distance. As the ad says, the patisserie at the corner of Yonge is perfect for cafe au lait and croissant for breakfast. The ideal downtown neighborhood.

I spent 5 weeks in the place, and I have to say it was really nice. The area is unbeateble, so good neighbourhood and close to downtown and many nice restaurants. The place is very tastifully furnished, and Diane, the owner, makes everything so easy. The fact of having the washing achine in the same place is really convinient, and the appartment has all you may need. I highly reccomend this appartment.
