There is a spacious kitchen and living area downstairs that opens up to a large patio with a BBQ, outdoor shower and fenced in yard, perfect for kids. The house has 3 bedrooms with an office that has a day bed for additional sleeping accommodations and 2 full bathrooms.
The outdoor shower is brand new, fully enclosed and perfect when returning from the beach. Sunning, swimming, kayaking, fishing and boating are all options at the nearby marina and jetty as well.
