This spacious single level home has a private sparkling pebble tec pool and two patios with excellent mountain views and offers the best in the gracious indoor/outdoor living Palm Springs is famous for.
There are 2 large bedrooms (king bed in one and queen bed in the other) with attached bathrooms; living room has stylish and comfortable furniture, dramatic cathedral ceilings and a unique and beautiful entertainment center; large dining room; fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and island; master bath is huge with beautiful marble walls and floor, a marble dual vanity, a soaking tub, a walk in open shower facing the mountain view, and a a walk in closet. The pool patio has a dining table, sun umbrella, two chaise loungers and comfortable chairs for relaxing. Living room, master bedroom and master bath all open to the pool and mountain view. The second bedroom, kitchen and dining room all open to the second patio which has a Weber Gas Grill.
Our home is large - 1800 square feet - and is very nicely appointed and tastefully decorated with deep vibrant wall colors and extensive original art. There is a high speed broadband internet connection and a wireless router. The home is located in the quiet, private and safe gated Sundance Resort community with two parks, lush vegetation, walking paths, fruit trees and lighted tennis courts.
Dine, read, lounge, nap or just relax in the very private, walled and landscaped southwest facing pool patio. The view is excellent - the nearby snowcapped mountains and 8500 foot peak Mt. San Jacinto frame the patio. Swim or float in the pebble tec pool to refresh and cool off. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sun come up against the mountains while the birds sing and a hummingbird flutters by. In the evening, watch the sun set over the mountains and see the stars come out. Fire up the spa and soak your tired muscles after a day of golfing, tennis, hiking, biking, rock climbing or some hard core shopping downtown or at the nearby outlet stores. If you enjoy cooking and grilling, our kitchen and the dining room patio is set up for you right down to the Weber grill and fine wine and champagne glasses.

Why the Owner Chose Sundance Resort
We love Palm Springs and the desert. We play golf, tennis and hike so it is great place to come and play in the sun and warm weather. Our home is like a resort to us - only we have it all to ourselves. Palm Springs has great restaurants, shopping and a major airport so we have easy access from our home in Seattle. Palm Springs in the summer heat is great too. The town itself is quiet, the golf is cheap and all the restaurants have summer discounts. We get up early and get outside to play golf, tennis or go hiking before it gets too hot and then head back home to cool off in the pool. After a late lunch we either relax in the pool or stay inside to read, nap, go to a movie or shop. Once the sun goes down we head outside again for those beautiful and warm summer nights with no mosquitoes or bugs to bother us. What a life.

The Sundance gated neighborhood has two tennis courts, one with lights for night play. There are also two parks with walking paths and fruit trees.
