The unit has been PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED in West Indies decor. The owners update the unit each year - comparable to a "five-star" hotel!! Sixth floor is perfect location - low enough to truly enjoy scenery but high enough not to hear the "pool noise"!!

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful vacation home with us. It was absolutely wonderful!! We loved where it was located, away from the crowds. The view of the gulf was beautiful and the pool was amazing. The unit was decorated very tastefully and had everything that we needed for our stay. We were able to dine in most nights which was nice. Thanks again for sharing your home with us. We hope to be back in the future.

This was our first time staying in this condo. We were very pleased when we arrived and discovered that the listing description didn't do the condo justice!! It was very beautifully decorated and very clean. The room has been very well maintained. The room was well stocked and had everything we needed. The owner's were very easy to deal with and the transaction was seamless. The grounds at Sterling Beach are beautiful and well maintained. We will definitely stay in this condo again!! We spent Spring Break 2011 at this condo with our 3 children (ages 6 to 12) and had a wonderful stay. We found the listing and photos to be a quite accurate description of this rental. The property was well-maintained and had lots of extras we were not expecting, like beach chairs, cooler, and sand toys. The owners were courteous and prompt in responding to our inquiries before we decided on this resort. They were easy to work with and promptly returned our deposit in full after our stay. This resort is not crowded and parking was a pleasure! I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a quiet, family-friendly experience at Panama City Beach!

We have spent Spring Break in this condo for three years and we absolutely love it. We have been going to PCB for more than 20 years and this is the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. It's roomy, well furnished and very clean. It truly feels like a second home for us now. Mary has been just great to deal with as the landlord and she has taken care of any needs that we have ever had. I would highly recommend this facility and this particular condo. We'll be back, I'm sure!
