I am a retired educator and have lived at the beach in San Diego most of my life.I have travelled in many countries and states, loving the places I've seen and the people I've met. Yet, when I come home to my place on Mission Bay, San Diego, California I know that this is the best place for me and the place that I will stay.
Why the Owner Chose Mission Bay
This part of Pacific Beach(San Diego)is quieter, cleaner, and has less traffic than some others in the beach area. It is centrally located to everywhere you might want to go to. You are steps away from Mission Bay Park,its playgrounds, bike paths, safe beaches and the recreational programs offered. Fancy dining or a hamburger and a beer are 5 minutes away. Sail, kayak, water ski or sit in your beach chair and watch the scene.Your choice in the beautiful San Diego weather.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
My townhouse has great unobstructed views of the bay,park and downtown SD.It is beautifully designed with spacious rooms, high ceilings, lots of glass,decks and light. If you like nature, the bird sanctuary in front of us gives a chance to observe a myriad of species. From the front decks, you will see spectacular sun and moon rises over the water. And, every night during the summer, right from the front , you will be able to ooh and aah over the Seaworld fireworks.
