Brand new luxury condominium located on the beautiful coastline of Panama City Beach.
Condo is located on the 3rd floor with great ocean views from master and den area. It is equipped with furnishings that make the unit feel like "home." The balcony is equipped with furniture to enjoy relaxing and viewing beautiful sunsets.
Unit is equipped with washer/dryer for your convenience, as well as fully equipped full-sized kitchen for those nights you wish to dine in. King-sized bed in master with private bath and separate shower.
2nd bedroom has queen-sized bed with access to hall bathroom. Each bedroom has its own 32" wall mounted flat-screened TV and DVD player for private viewing. The den is equipped with a 32" flat-screened TV with DVD player with comfortable sitting area. Free new release DVD's are available to guests in the main office.
There is shopping and dining located in Grand Panama "Village" - BoneFish Grill, Another Broken Egg, Papa Johns Pizza, Coffee/Piano Bar, Wine World, Envy Boutique, Endulgence Spa and more. Also nearby at Pier Park are many other shopping and dining choices.
Wi-Fi (Wireless access) is available in lobby downstairs, coffee shop and by the pools. Fitness center located in Tower II (Grand Vista) along with another pool and hot tub.
