This is our 2nd home and we welcome families that will care for it as much as we do. There is a dock for a boat or jet ski. Fish right from the dock! Lake Fenton is an 845 acre , 95 foot deep natural spring fed kettle lake. The mean depth is 21 feet. By our dock it is shallow for quite a ways (3 feet deep by the dock...great for kids to swim).
Awesome sunsets! We have a water trampoline, paddle boat and kayak that renters may carefully use (with signed liability contract).
The house is decorated in a patriotic theme (red/white/blue) and has the feeling of northern Michigan. 2200 s.f. pine floors. Its a great getaway just 45 minutes from Rochester Michigan.

Why the Owner Chose Fenton
We purchased this home as a close vacation home to visit in the summer. We feel like we are up north when we go but we don't have to drive 4 or 5 hours to get there. Its only 45 minutes from our house. The lake is beautiful! The kids love it there too. The town of Fenton has so much to offer: golfing, putt putt, Uncle Rays Ice Cream, many awesome restaurants including the famous French Laundry. A great getaway close to metro Detroit area.
The Unique Benefits of this House
It feels like you are on a lake in Northern Michigan but you don't have to drive that far (if you live in the metro Detroit area. The lake is clean and it is an all sports lake.
