Why the Owner Chose Saugatuck
We want our children to grow up with memories of Saugatuck and hopefully they will want to bring their kids back some day. From the too many ice cream stores, to enjoying the park, to shopping the toys at the drug store, our kids love to come here. Before the kids, we enjoyed the night life as well! Now we all enjoy the great restaurants, there is not a bad place to eat in town.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo

Perfect Location/Very Clean

The location was perfect. Everything within walking distance. At north end just far enough away, yet only a couple minutes walk to anything you want to do in Saugatuck. Only place we had to drive was the beach. Condo itself is very clean and the perfect size for a couple. If want to sleep in suggest closing windows, while generally very quiet, the city and delivery trucks get an early start and since on the main street you get to hear them. With windows closed not a concern. Kathy's suggestion for restaurants/sights were spot on. We especially enjoyed Marro's, Phil's and Ida's Red Cottage. Wick's Park Bar and Grill was great for Happy Hour, $3 cocktails, unheard of from our area. And many other places we just didn't have to time to try. We would highly recommend staying here. Be aware condo is on second floor so you have to climb stairs. Not issue for us, but since I am saying okay for 55+, I am, felt need to know that.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Kathleen's condo. The property is clean and well-maintained and Kathleen was very accomodating about our schedule. The location is perfect - shops and restaurants are just steps down the street, yet it's quiet in the evenings. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Our stay for 4 nights was awesome. Kathleen's place is right in the center of town, walking distance to everything. Quaint & clean, her condo fit the bill for our stay during the "victory party" (coolest town in USA September 10-12 2010). Thanks Kathy!

The was a great little find right in the heart of downtown Saugatuck. Kathleen was wonderful and easy to work with. The condo was very bright, clean, and spacious. It had everything we needed. Within a block all the shops & restaurants and across the street from the river. We would recommend this rental to friends and family looking to stay in the area. Thanks for a great stay.

We recently stayed at this property with our three year old daughter for a few nights as a part of our extended Michigan vacation. We have toured Saugatuck before on day trips, but never had the chance to stay over night. The condo is bright, cheery, and extremely comfortable and clean. It really has a wonderful feeling to it. The location is perfect and has all the necessary amenities. We walked everywhere. Kathleen met up upon arrival and made sure everything was in order for our stay. She had great tips on places to eat in town and thoughts on some special things to do while we were there. As well, the communication was top notch while we were figuring out our stay details. Saugatuck has a special place in my heart because my Dad used to hang out there in his 20's and frequent the Old Crow Bar and go to the Pavillion to hear the big bands perform in the old days. Having a wonderful place to stay made it even more meaningful.
