Ventnor is a charming seaside town from an era when people summered by the Ocean. There is the feeling of an old English sea side resort and
beautiful old homes. Taking walks on the beach , boardwalks and swimming in the ocean was a way of enjoying nature
The Art Deco buildings are among the most beautiful aspects of Ventnor. There is a casual glamour in the spacious
sunny Deco style buildings and apartments, which is what I offer visitors to my condo!
Being by the Ocean in a home that invokes an era of charm and elegance has a romantic feeling. My condo has amazing space. It is sunny
and open. Everything is newly updated and is bright and luminous. It has simple elegance The condo is 2 blocks to the Beach and Ocean. It is walking distance to great local restaurants. It is 2 miles to Atlantic City shopping, nightlife and entertainment. There are frequent jitneys and
buses going to Atlatnic City. There are also buses going to Margate, another lovely sea shore town, also 2 miles away.
There are lots of awesome activities from Dolphin watching cruises, to surfing. You can get pampered at a day spa and go jogging on
the beach or play tennis. There are lots of fun things to do.
There is a cool local bicycle rental shop 4 blocks from the condo. Ventnor has beauty and charm, and a feeling of old world elegance
combined with lots of modern activities and events found in most major cities. Ventnor is easy to get around and fun to explore.
It is close to Margate shops and amenities.
I have used principles of Feng Shui in designing my condo. There is a sense of harmony and balance that works with natural light,
beautiful Colors. Add elements of health, prosperity, happiness and health to your vacation! I have created a sense of simple yet elegant 1930's glamour to get a feel for what it was like back in the hey day of Atlantic City !

I love the process of transforming space so that people can experience the real beauty as it was originally intended- maybe with a few new twists. I love to travel. My background is Visual Arts , performing arts and painting. I also have a fascination for Physics and Astronomy. I love Anime and films of all eras and countries. I love museums, rollerblading And of course, I love the beach and Ocean!!!
Why the Owner Chose Ventnor City
The Ocean is so beautiful and powerful. I love the beach at night, and early in the morning. I did a million real estate searches and Ventnor kept coming up. There are so many beautiful old homes by the Ocean in Ventnor with great architecture. I love Art Deco, and the European sea shore town feeling that Ventnor has. It is beautiful and unique. The more I come here- the more I love it. It has so many fun and interesting activities There are Dolphin watching cruises. I am really looking forward to doing that!
South Jersey also has consistently beautiful weather as well.
