A beautiful home on Cobbossee Lake with a dock, and sandy beach, and secluded, wooded point with a stone fireplace. The home has a sundeck with privacy provided by a hedge surrounding it, but letting the sun in. The lake is interesting, and beautiful. It is 9 miles long and this house is right in the middle of it. Only 50 miles from the largest city in Maine with the largest airport, the home is just an hour from Maine's ocean coastline, and 1 to 3 hours from some of the most scenic areas in the state.
The home has large windows and is very light inside, and boasts a view of the lake with spectacular sunsets every night. The windows in two of the bedrooms are equally magnificent allowing the beautiful afternoon sunlight to come in and at least one of the bedrooms has a terrific view of the sunsets as well.
There is also a terrific stereo system and home theater for viewing movies, and dvd rental places close by. The theater has an 8 foot projection screen with state of the art surround sound. It's fun!

I built this home in 1986 after living in a camp on the property for three years. It is a wonderful place and I never want to leave it.
The Unique Benefits of this House
I ride my bicycle regularly, cook out on the deck daily, ride in my boat daily, and swim on hot days, and enjoy the sunsets every night. It is a wonderful place to be.
