  We just returned from a 7 night stay at the Phoenix V Unit 607. This was our first time in Orange Beach, and we were very pleased with this condo and the Phoenix V in general. Cayce was very helpful in getting us booked. The condo is beautifully decorated with tile floors, granite countertops, and full size washer/dryer. The kitchen has everything you need including plenty of cooking utensils, Revereware pots, blender, storage containers, coffee pot, and toaster. The bed was very comfortable. The location of the condo was high enough to not be disturbed by the pool below and had a great view. Hot tubs are inside with the indoor pool. We recommend eating at the Shrimp Basket in Orange Beach and Crico's pizza in Gulf Shores. We also suggest visiting the USS Alabama Battleship Memeorial Park in Mobile and the Tanger Outlet.

  I just want to thank Cayce Cook for giving us the opportunity to stay at the Phoenix V unit 607. The condo was above and beyond my expectations! We couldn't have picked a better place to stay! Before looking anywhere else, please call Cayce first! I promise you won't be disappointed! Unit 607 is beach front, we saw Dolphins around the 2nd sandbar every morning! This location is unlike a lot of other places, peak season, traffic was not bad, plenty of places to eat and very kid friendly with a racquet ball room in the basement, indoor pool, several hot tubs, kiddie pool with fountain and big pool outside.   My wife and I stayed at this unit for 3 nights recently and were more impressed with the accommodations in this one-bedroom condo than any Orange Beach/Gulf Shores unit we have rented in 20-plus years. This place has been completely renovated and no expense has been spared. We definitely will be back! Thank you Lou!

  Was looking for a last minute place to stay on the beach for a few days. The owner was FABULOUS!! He responded to my email right away and had me booked before I got home from work. The property is beautiful with all one could ever need for a cozy place away from home. I had an amazing time! I've already suggested this unit to my family members. Thank you for the best vacation in a long time!

  This condo is located right outside of the elevator so it was so easy to load and unload everything. The condo was beautiful and the view could not be better. The granite counter tops were a very nice touch and made the condo feel extra luxurious. The price for this condo is a deal! We had a wave runner with us and the boat launch was only about 1.5 miles away. So it was super easy to get out in the water. If you stay here I highly recommend going to Sunset Cork Room for dinner. It is a dinner and dancing type of place and the food was excellent. Off the beaten path but so worth the adventure to find it! My husband and I enjoyed ourselves so much on this little getaway trip and this condo was a hugh part in making it so special. Don't wait and book your trip today!

  I really like this condo a lot, its updated with great ceramic tile, even on the patio! Also love the kitchen, not your standard cheap cabinets. Very comfortable bed! Beautiful views, gorgeous sunsets. Had a great time and will definately call on you again! Donna M

  Beautiful, updated condo; clean, well-maintained, great location in the middle of the building, fabulous gulf-front views from the balcony. We just returned from a wonderful week at the beach. This condo was perfect for us, and Cayce is so nice. We definitely plan to return next winter.

  My husband and I spent the month of Oct. at this lovely clean comfortable and well decorted condo. Mr Cook was easy to work with, I would highly recommend this condo to anyone I know.

  My wife and I just got home yesterday from staying in this unit from 7/3/10-7/10/10. We have nothing but great things to say about the unit. It is updated throughout with very modern tile and granite. Cayce is the best owner we have had the pleasure of dealing with. He kept us updated on the oil spill throughout the entire time we were waiting for our vacation date to get here. The response time to any questions we had were faster than you would ever ask of anyone. Cayce will be our first choice for all of the above for all of our future vacations to this area. Thanks for the great experience!

  My fiancee and I came to this condo a year ago and got engaged. I didn't think it could get much better than that. This year we are back and it is just as perfect as it was last year. Even with the news of the oil spill, my fiancee and I were able to fully enjoy every aspect of the beach: the beach itself, the food, the shopping...all of it was perfect! I can't wait to come back again!
