Our guesthouse is a fully equipped, well appointed ranch style home directly on Lake Macatawa with a sandy beach, panoramic lake views and spectacular sunsets overlooking Lake Michigan channel.
We are uniquely situated on a private street within easy walk to expansive Lake Michigan beach, private tennis courts, yacht club with swimming pool and full marina services. Popular summer area offers all water sports, golf, biking, dining, night life and more within 10 minute drive.
Private sandy beach enables small personal watercraft to be pulled directly onto property - larger boats have access to slips and full services at neighboring yacht club and marina.
Home is very spacious 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home with ample inside and outdoor space for play and privacy. Large windows and sliding glass doors open on to expansive patio allowing you to spend your days relaxing outdoors in privacy while taking in the views, the water and all the summer activity just steps away.
Use of private tennis courts is included in rental and great public golf course is 10 minutes away. Temporary yacht club membership allowing full use of pool and club restaurant available for additional fee.
