Nestled in Palmetto Dunes, a plantation on Hilton Head Island, among the pines and verdant landscaping at 45 Mooring Buoy a quiet peaceful retreat. As you enter, you feel enveloped in tranquility. The decorator appointed home house greets you with a view of a tastefully decorated great room extending out through the large window/doors to a very private lanai with private pool and hot tub. Outside the screened area is a brick gas grill and stairs descending to a dock on a stream. The fish bite and the kids will love it! The expansive kitchen inside is a cook’s delight. A formal dining area rounds out the heart of the home. Behind the kitchen is the first of three bed-and-baths with the bedroom offering a queen-sized bed. On the other side of the house are two remaining bedrooms, one with twin beds. The master bedroom contains a King-sized bed and TV with a large bathroom and separate dressing area. From the master suite, step out onto your own personal deck overlooking the lush back yard. Two bedrooms have a medium sized closet and the master, a walk-in. The house has a utility room with large washer and dryer. Sit and savor the serenity of another beautiful day! Wake up refreshed from a peaceful sleep. Walk three minutes to the beach and listen to the surf and the sea gulls as they wheel in the fresh morning air. Get ready for your tee time at the signature Robert Trent Jones golf course or go to many of the other Hilton Head golf courses and Island attractions available to you. Take a ride! There are two adult bikes on site for your use. Welcome to another great day on Hilton Head Island.

Year Purchased: 1995
Al is currently retired and worked for thirty years with a major consulting firm. Al plays golf, is the treasurer of his Church and is a trustee at Lynchburg College. Joanne, also of Lynchburg College, is a retired educator. Joanne is very active in her Church and with several other charities dedicated to assisting the disadvantaged person. Al and Joanne live in Atlanta. Gerald is retired. For 35 years he was a successful builder in North Myrtle Beach. He is also an expert craftsman and fills his days creating furniture and interior decorative pieces to enhance his and the homes of his friends. Meredith worked for many years in the antique business and volunteered her time to beautify and enhance North Myrtle Beach. Currently she is employed by the City of North Myrtle Beach.

Eclectic restaurants are very near and we can often walk to them. Nor is the entertainment and night life that we love and never have time to do when we are at home. We offer outstanding beach vacations in South Carolina including North Myrtle Beach and Hilton Head Island.
