  This condo was perfect for our Keeneland weekend - very spacious, very clean, very comfortable and well stocked - all the amenities you need. The photo's definitely do this condo justice. We enjoyed the lofty feel and decor. Walking distance to De Sha's and an easy cab ride to Miyoka Japanese Habichi, which was an awesome experience. Short drives to Keeneland - everything was perfect. Only downside is when the Toasted Barrel bar is closing downstairs, it can be a little noisy - but very easy to go right back to sleep in those big comfy beds. The owners were a little difficult to get in touch with a few weeks prior to the rental - but the week of the rental, they were right on top of things - Carol kept in touch & knew when we would arrive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We will definitely return to this condo, on our next Keeneland trip. Thank you Marc, Carol & John

  I am so happy that we have found this property to stay in when visiting Lexington. My wife and I come several times a year for Keeneland and basketball games and this location is perfect for both. Right across the street from Rupp, a short drive to Commonwealth and Keeneland... and walking distance to all of our favorite restaurants. We will now have a go to place to call home. Thanks Marc for everything

  The Condo on Main St in Lexington is large and very comfortable. My family and I stayed for 9 days while we were attending a horse show at the Red Mile. The location is outstanding and amenitites where great. The unit has hi speed internet, a washer / dryer, two bathrooms, two very large bedrooms and indoor parking. The only negetive a could possibly say was it is a bit noisy for sleeping being right down town if you are not used to that. Would definately go back if I got a chance.

  Wow, I couldn't be more impressed with this Lexington Condo. We were looking for a place for a guys weekend getaway and we couldn't have gotten anything better. The condo is everyman's dream from the pool table to the flat screen and a few more surprises... this place is awesome! Nice balcony for relaxing and plenty of space to really unwind! The condo was clean and well maintained and every detail was thought of and taken care of for you. Secure parking and building entry. The condo is located right downtown across the street from Rupp and the convention center and is close walking distance to all the Lexington's nightlife. It would be perfect for UK basketball fans and is only 10-15 minutes from Keeneland! We all know there is no greater place on earth than Keeneland to see the thoroughbreds in action. There are tons of good restaurants and night spots close. Good places for all sorts of crowds... younger crowds will enjoy the nightlife Cheapside Bar and Grill and the Penguin (piano bar thats an arms throw) will provide and plenty of options for more refined tastes as well... The Sky Bar is a personal favorite. Also a good location for a golf weekend. Nice courses all within a short drive! I can't wait to come back!

  We recently stayed here for a weekend. It was very well decoated, had all the amenitites, and very clean. I would and have recommended this to many of my friends who visit Lexington for basketball games or Keeneland. The owner was wonderful and extremely helpful. Great city and great condo!..

  We just returned from a stay at this downtown condo in Lexington. The place is great. Right in downtown and right across the street from Rupp Arena. There are places to eat within walking distance and a great piano bar 1/2 block down. If none of these suit you, you are only 2 miles to the heart of the UK campus and there are taxi cabs readily available for only a few dollars. We went for a college football game and there was a shuttle to Commonwealth Stadium just across the street. As mentioned, UK men's basketball would be just across the road. As for the condo itself, we really enjoyed the spacious floorplan. A nice flatscreen tv and pool table make it a great place to hang out on a sports weekend. The building is ultra secure with controlled access at every point. As for the owners, both Dave and Matt were very accomodating. We had a special circumstance which required an extra night stay and they worked with us to make it happen. We will definitely return.
