  We had a great two weeks, the home is centrally located to all attractions ( 20 to 25 minutes from the parks). The pool was great for evening relaxation and bbq's. The neighbourhood was friendly, safe and quiet. I would not hesitate staying again in the future. Thank you again for the use of your home.

  My wife and I were in Kissimmee for Halloween. We truly enjoyed our stay at your home. The location is superb, close to dining, shopping and Disney. After a day out on the town it was nice to be able to come back and sit by the pool or go for a swim. I do wish there was a BBQ though. The 2 bedroom house is nice and came with all the amenities, so do not purchase anything until you check what is in the house. That was very pleasant to find. This is an older home and seems that it is being gradually updated, which is normal. We truly enjoyed our stay at your home and would not hesitate to book another stay.

  Everything about our stay here was wonderful - from the booking to the actual stay. We stayed here for our honeymoon - so it was way more house than the two of us needed - but everything was in pristene condition upon arrival and the house had a very wonderful perfumatic smell to it - that was lovely but not overwhelming. The kitchen was clean and very well-equipped with all the things a person could need - including a few extras such as salt and pepper. The pool was phenomenal. It was so nice to have a private pool to take a dip in after a very long day at the parks. The location was super close to restaurants and all the wonderful attractions of Buena Vista and Orlando.Very peaceful neighborhood. Would stay here again!

  We've stayed at brand new high rise hotels in Orlando and at Disney resort deluxe villas in recent years, and none of them were nearly as comfortable and enjoyable as staying at this house. The drive to Disney parks, Univeral Studios, and Sea World was easy and usually took around 15 minutes. We had 4 adults and 2 children (ages 5 and 9) in the house, and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was very well-stocked with all the items we needed, and there was even a shelf full of books if we needed something to read. We spent most of our time in the pool, and my kids loved the variety of pool toys in the garage. We all agreed that we will never stay in a hotel again. For the price of 2 nights at a Disney villa, we had 7 nights with a pool all to ourselves. Coming home from the parks every day thoroughly exhausted, we all loved being able to slip into the pool without having to load up all our towels and toys and trek down to a crowded pool. The neighborhood was very quiet, and I slept better than I have on any other vacation. The owners gave very clear directions and instructions, and we had absolutely no complications. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who appreciates peace and quiet!

  We loved our stay - beautiful house, very comfortable. Enjoyed the pool very much, in the mornings before we headed out to parks for the day and in the evening when we came back from the parks it was so relaxing. Central location to everything - parks, beaches and shopping. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you Max and Paulette.

  Cozy house with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable, close to all amenities and in a great neighborhood. Communication with property owner was great. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Max and Paulette!

  Relaxing and cozy house with a beautiful pool. Close to absolutely everything. Clean, well maintained in a friendly and safe neighbourhood. Ideal vacation home for families. Would highly recommend. Our family was able to enjoy many outings within 1 hr distance of this home; NASA, Disney, Gatorland, downtown Orlando, Cocoa Beach.

  Our family had a great stay here. This home has all you need and is very close to all the attractions, and shopping. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved the private pool, after long days at the parks. Looking forward to returning. Thanks Max :)
