This three bedroom, three bathroom golf course/beach villa leaves nothing to be desired. Located alongside the number 15 par 5 of the famed Baytowne Golf Course in Sandestin, this ground floor unit has no stairs to climb and is located across the street from the Tivoli pool. It is only a short walk to the sandy white beaches of Sandestin Florida. Sandestin Resort is the only 5 Star resort located in the panhandle of Florida.
This home offers plenty of room for up to 14 guests with a king bed in the master, queen in the first guest room, and two doubles in the second guest room. There are also two twin bunk beds in a bunk closet in the entryway. Both family room couches also fold out into double beds.
The kitchen is state of the art with granite counter tops and all the needed cookware to prepare your favorite gourmet meals. Located next to the kitchen is the dining/breakfast area, which seats eight. Three barstools provide additional overflow seating for meals.
The entertainment center in the family room features a large LCD flat screen television with cable service as well as a DVD player. The master bedroom and first guest room also feature LCD flat screen televisions with DVD players. The second guest room has cable televison and a DVD player as well.
Wireless internet service is also available for your convenience.
This home has three luxurious bathrooms. The master bath features a double vanity along with a roman style tub and a separate "two person" shower. The second and third bathrooms have single vanity; one with a tub/shower and the other a single shower.
Outside is a sunny screened lanai overlooking the beautiful Baytown Golf Course with an additional view toward the beach.
Please note that we have three additional Tivoli villas that may be reserved with this villa for larger parties. (VRBO #265598, VRBO #197043, and VRBO # 254836) All four villas are located within a few steps of each other. We also have a golf cart available for rent at $250 per week.
