Welcome to pleasant, accessible San Leandro
We are renting a light and airy independent 530 sq ft studio, with comfortable queen-sized futon-style bed, hardwood floors, decorative fireplace, ample closet space, bathroom with shower, washer/dryer, full kitchen including refrigerator, stove, sink, dishwasher, microwave & disposal. Studio has its own private entrance on west side of house. Towels and bedding provided.
Studio is a 15-minute walk from BART for access to Embarcadero in San Francisco (in 25 minutes), SFO, Berkeley, Pittsburg and Fremont. 7-minute walk to shopping. By car, easy access to I-880 and I-580. On street parking. 5 miles to Oakland Airport; 30 miles to San Francisco International Airport.
Studio is good for a single person or couple. For an additional fee, an extra futon bed could be added to accommodate a child, with an additional per night charge. No pets, no smoking.
We also have a network-only flat screen TV and free wireless internet.
Owner lives next door.

My husband and I recently stayed at this VRBO Studio for the second year. We have found the accomodations very comfortable, quiet and perfect for the two of us when visiting the Bay area. We area already looking forward to our next visit!!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

I stayed in Patricia's studio for two nights while attending a nearby conference. She was most welcoming and accommodating and the studio was perfect: clean, quiet, safe and comfortable. I highly recommend it!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing.

What could be better than a vacation going exactly as planned? One that that turns out even better, that’s what. We may travel for the sites and scenery, but it is the people we meet that we remember the longest. Don’t get me wrong San Leandro is a pleasant community of friendly people, convenient for shopping and transportation, and where I ate the best hamburger (at Boulevard Burgers, editor's note) in my life, but kinder, more generous, more memorable people than the owners you are unlikely to meet anywhere. We expected a clean, comfortable place to stay; what we got was that, and friends for life. They welcomed us into their home and their hearts. Refundable security deposit of $200 payable with rental in advance. Single night .. $100/night (longer stay preferred) 2-6 nights .... $ 75/night $500/week One child, add $20 per night. Cleaning fee of $30 payable for all stays.
