Amazing 1200 square foot 2BR/2BA unit professionally decorated in an eclectic "Ports of Call" theme. Unit 405 is located in Sterling Sands, a popular low-rise building located in the heart of Destin.
Enjoy our gorgeous "brand new" kitchen and wet bar featuring state of the art stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, new fixtures and new custom cabinets. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for the chef in the family who will enjoy a beautiful ocean view while preparing the evening meal.

You can enjoy the beautiful sunrise and breathtaking sunsets from your tiled balcony which comes complete with a wicker dining table, chairs w/ottomans and a rocking chair.
Enjoy our 380' of private powdery soft white sand by taking advantage of the on-site beach service in season. There is chair/umbrella rental available as well as boogie boards and kayaks. Also on-site is a beachside exercise room to stay in shape while you are on vacation!
Destin features a wide array of choices for casual and fine dining. Destin Commons, an upscale open-air shopping area has many restaurant choices as well as specialty shops and a RAVE movie theater. There is also a large outlet mall approximately eight miles away for that bargain hunter in your group.
If sports is your passion, there are many championship golf courses in the area. There are also many choices for charter boat rentals, personal watercraft rentals and deep sea fishing opportunities.
