This Penthouse Level Top Floor Beachfront Condo is magnificent with the best views of all Mazatlan within the finest Resort in the entire area. This condo was custom designed by Eduardo Gregoire and famous throughout Mexico. It is the Largest Two Bedroom Condo available in the renowned Paraiso II Costa Bonita Resort. Perfectly positioned, the topfloor 2 bedroom condo, boasts views of the Pacific Ocean, Marina, Golf Courses, endless beaches , and the City of Mazatlan. This condo is brand new, impeccable, and just delivered 03/01/10 and will be ready to rent April 1st, 2010.Wireless internet is provided inside my home with Vontage Phone to call USA and Canada free of charge.
This 1850 sq/ft unit has all the amenities one would expect from a luxury condominium in a first class resort. The living room has a large leather sofa with a convertible bed for additional guests. Surround sound 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD. Both bedrooms are spacious with a king sized bed in the front facing the ocean and the back bedroom with a queen sized bed facing a gorgeous golf course. Both bedrooms have the top of the line pillow top mattresses and linens. There is ample space in each for all clothing and personal effects. There is an additional 32 inch flat screen in the master bedroom. The view from the living room and the master bedroom are of the ocean, not far below. Both rooms open to an enclosed patio with table and chairs and additional lounge chairs. The kitchen is well appointed with all the appliances one would need to make a vacation enjoyable including all cookware and utensils, coffee maker, blender, and without exception a Margaritaville margarita maker.
Costa Bonita Paraiso II is a fully guarded gated community. It has 24 hour security to assist you and give you peace of mind. Within the resort there is a beautiful indoor/outdoor infinity swimming pool with a full service bar serving $1 beers and $1.50 margaritas, bar-b-ques for use by all guests, gym and sauna facilities, massage therapist and large outdoor hot tub.The on sight Restaurant has excellent food and is available from 8:00am to 4:00pm. In addition, the resort is located right next to Torres Mazatlan which also has an excellent restaurant and bar with extended hours.
The old historic town of Mazatlan is just minutes away with very accessible transportation. Inexpensive taxi's are quickly available and the bus stops right in front of the resort. Downtown Mazatlan is filled with a great Mexican flair. There is plenty of shopping, excellent restaurants and lively night life with an abundance of quaint bars and nightclubs with exceptional live music and entertainment. Mazatlan offers all the activities one would require of the sports enthusiast as well, including; deep sea fishing, scuba diving, jet skiing and an abundance of golf courses. You are guaranteed an absolutely memorable time.
In addition to all that is included in this low cost rent you will receive 2 free cellular phones for your convenience while you stay. This resort requires a 2 week stay per rent which reduces the guest inflow and outflow and creates a more permanent and low key environment. This helps our guests feel more at one with the other guests and permanent residents and creates a more meaningful and memorable experience.You will upon arrival be meet with " The Welcome Tour" from our front desk , which include a facility tour and an over view of comunity policies.

We will enjoy our second home several times a year and maybe more with the family and friends .This will someday be my full-time home , but for now gotta work a few more years. Plans is rertire at 55 live in Redondo Beach , California 6 months and here 6 months .

We just returned from a fantastic holiday at this condo. The description of the condo on this site is very accurate and the condo looks like the pictures shown even better! The sunsets from the balcony are outstanding. The condo was very clean and functionable. We enjoyed the whole resort and everyone was very helpful and friendly. The bartender was very attentive and made fantastic drinks. There were always chairs available and the maintenance to the grounds and pools was done everyday. There are restaurants nearby to eat and just a short bus or car ride to the Golden Zone. Thank you James for letting us enjoy your condo and hope to be back in the near future.

We just returned from a month in this fabulous condo! We could not have asked for a more comfortable and luxurious stay. The staff and facilities and are fantastic, as are the food and drinks! Great location that is only a few minutes to downtown entertainment. We would recommend this property to anyone and everyone. Thank you James, we cannot wait to go back!

Just returned from a week stay at this resort. This condo is a penthouse level and has a HUGE balcony. The place is furnished like a palace and the whole experience was fabulous. We looked all over Mazatlan for a condo and none were this nice. Did I mention this a penthouse level? The ocean view is incredible and it was just what we were looking for in a vacation. Mazatlan was charming and we had no issues in town or otherwise. Just great food and great time! Thanks James...:-) We will be coming back for sure.

We have recently returned home after a 3 week stay at this fantastic condo and fabulous resort. This cond has everything one could ask for, from very comfortable pillow top beds and high end furniture to a fully equipped kitchen. The view from the 14th floor balcony is un-surpassed as are the ever changing sunsets each night. The private elevator right to your door was a great addition and security feature. The resort is immaculate with very friendly staff that make you feel very welcome. The palpa and bar/resturant serves in-expensive food & drikks while you laze away the day around the pool or enjoy the beach scenery. We consider this condo & resort on the top of our list as one of the best and will definately return in the future.

The condo was everything as advertised and more! The owner has gone to great lengths to ensure his guests a pleasant stay. The views from the 14th floor are stunning, as are the sunsets! It has all the conveniences you would like in your own home. The "private" elevator is a great touch as it allows for open doors to allow the nice ocean breeze to blow through. The staff all spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful. We spent 2 weeks and would have liked to stay a lot longer!
