2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom 1200 sq. ft. upgraded condo located on the Palm Desert Resort golf course. It has a fantastic south west view, is situated on the second hole and protected from stray golf balls! The pool/hot tub is right across the street.
The unit was renovated in 2007 so it is first class shape. It was newly furnished in the fall of 2008 so all is new! This is one of the newer units in the complex (Augusta model), with a spacious open floor plan with vaulted ceilings.
It also comes with a flat screen plasma tv with a Bose home theatre system. Also included is long distance calling in the US and Canada. Wireless internet also included!
The complex is close to two grocery stores and endless shopping. We have our golf course and some great tennis courts on site! In addition there are lots of other recreational activities close by with Joshua Creek National Park, the natural palm tree park and lots of hiking.

My wife and I are both Canadians and both enjoy golf. Unfortunately we can not do that in Canada in the winter so we wanted to own a place in the south for our retirement years in about 3 years. We are both professionals and appreciate a quality home with a great view! A glass of Chardonnay on our patio with a view of the course and the mountains is a site to behold!!

Our place is close to all amenities. We have a great affordable golf course and a safe gated community to live in! The pool/hot tub just across from our unit is a very relaxing place to spend the day!! The complex also has some vey nicely kept tennis courts.
