Also on the first floor is a kitchen, laundry room (washer/dryer) powder room and small den with a convertible couch.
On the second floor are three bedrooms with three baths. The Master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, king sized bed, small balcony (facing East), his and her's closets, adjoining bathroom with separate shower and bath tub. The second bedroom has two twin sized beds, adjoining bath with shower, large his and her's closets. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed with adjacent bathroom with a shower/tube unit.
The rear deck runs along the length of the house, with access by two sliding glass doors from the living room and dining room. On the deck is a fully enclosed outside shower with changing area, and gas grill (piped in, no propane required). It provides the perfect place to have breakfast, and dinner, and a quick walk back from the beach for lunch, plus a place to keep all the beach supplies.
There is central air conditioning when the "Sea Breeze" is not enough to keep the house cool. Additionally, all the bedrooms, living room, and TV room have ceiling fans to make it even more comfortable. There is central cable, and internet access.

Mantoloking is a small, exclusive shore community located just south of Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. It is surrounded by the Barnegat Bay on the West, and the Atlantic Ocean on the East. It is New Jersey shore living at it's best. Being a bike ride from Point Pleasant Beach, there is everything from the local fishing docks, great seafood restaurants, charter fishing boats, and an old time boardwalk. It is an easy 1 1/2 hour drive from either Philadelphia or NYC.
