This private 500 square foot studio apartment is situated in the centrally located, well established, residential Curtis Park neighborhood offering some of Sacramento’s most diverse architectural homes. Three blocks from the neighborhood park (Curtis Park) with public tennis courts, baseball diamond, basketball court, jogging path and picnic areas. Within walking distance to grocery store, dry cleaners, restaurants, post office and light rail. Plenty of on-street parking just steps away from the studio. Just minutes from downtown with easy access to Interstate-5, Capital City Freeway, Hwy 50 and Hwy 99.

The second floor studio has vaulted ceilings, skylights an open floor plan and lots of great natural light. A queen size bed with pillow top and high quality linens will ensure a comfortable nights rest. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare a gourmet meal. A full size refrigerator (w. ice-maker), ceramic cook top, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, dinnerware, flatware, stemware, pots & pans, toaster, mixing bowls, and a variety of cooking utensils.

The in-suite marble bathroom is beautifully appointed and includes quality towels and amenities you would expect to see at a spa. The huge walk-in closet is equipped with a full length dressing mirror, iron and ironing board and plenty of hanging space for your clothes.

Housekeeping service each week and end of stay are included in the rate.

    • You're looking for an elegant, quiet, discreet/private, fully equipped home while you visit to the Capital city? You cannot go wrong with The Studio. I was so comfortable in this quiet sanctuary - it is lovely. Not 10 minutes to the Convention Center (downtown) and easy to hop on the expressway to visit my friends in Fair Oaks, this place is so convenient and yet... removed from any hubbub. It is moments from an excellent natural foods store so you can eat like royalty, if you wish to DIY. Michael and Chris are certainly most welcoming and their BOOK is full of every kind of information you could ask. I loved my time there and am sure you will too - think elegant robes, a bed you'll hate to leave, serene colors and decor, pool for those hot days of summer... The Studio has it - it just needs you...

    • I am relocating to the Sacramento area and have been researching various neighborhoods in which to live. I wanted to spend some time in the city itself and came across Christipher and Michael's studio apartment in the Curtis Park area of Sacramento. It is a phenomenal place, very well equipped and furnished and in a beautiful area of the city where the houses are all different. It's a great walking area as well with all of the restaurants, stores, etc. that you would want close by. It's also very close to downtown Sacramento either by car, taxi or tram. I would highly recommed it to anyone visitng Sacramento for business or pleasure. From a cost perspective, it has a lot more ambiance than a hotel room and the hospitalilty of your hosts is second to none. They were both very welcoming but also gave you your space and privacy. One of the nicest VRBOs I've ever stayed at.
