Our luxury, direct oceanfront townhouse rental by owner, Beauty and the Beach, is located right on the Atlantic Ocean in St. Augustine Beach, convenient to Daytona Beach, Jacksonville, Orlando and Disney World, and all of northeast and central Florida. This beachfront villa, with its magnificent ocean views, is larger than any condo and most houses for rent in St. Johns County or along this coast. It boasts four (4) bedrooms, sleeps up to twelve (12) people, has a game room, double garage, pool, Jacuzzi hot tub, desktop computer and WiFi. Our home is located in a small, private, gated complex of only ten (10) units with a private pool, tennis court, and private beach entrance. Kid-friendly and stocked with baby, toddler, beach, and pool items. Please read through the entire list of amenities and ask for our slide show of more than 100 photos. - Twin/Single Bed (4) : Two bedrooms have two twin beds each (four total); either or both sets can be converted to king upon request
- Convertible Bed (2) : Two rollaway beds that can be accommodated upstairs or down; one could even be put in the gigantic master walk-in closet, which has its own AC/H vent
- Crib (2) : Portacrib with 4" mattress, linens, bumpers, blanket; stroller, high chair, infant swing, Pack 'n' Play, toddler lawn chair, toddler booster chairs (one with tray), bed rail, and waterproof pad for under sheet--we use all these with our own grandchildren! Portacrib and Pack'n'Play could be put in gigantic master walk-in closet or large walk-in closet in guest bedroom, both closets have their own AC/H vents

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Regular rate: $3000/week 1-6 persons (babies under one year old free)
$150 per extra person--up to the maximum capacity of 12 persons
Holidays and events: $3500/week 1-6 persons; $150 per extra person up to 12 people
9% sales and lodging tax $300 one-time cleaning fee
$1000 reservation/damage fee--due at time of booking; refundable after check-out
Remainder of charges due 30 days prior to arrival
