This beautiful log home is perfect for those wanting a memorable place to spend their vacation. Home offers outstanding views of the majestic snow capped mountains. Nicely furnished, and comfortable, with lots of outdoor deck space. Two cars can be parked inside the garage. Additional parking spaces are on the property.
The living room has a gas fireplace, and a comfortable sitting area. A second living room in the loft provides plenty of space for large groups. Master bedroom has its own bathroom, the second bathroom has a shower and bathtub. An additional powder room sits off the kitchen. The home can be rented with three bedrooms (2300 sf) or for a little bit more money, 5 bedrooms (3500 sf) are available. If the 5 bedroom option is chosen, there is another full bathroom included, giving you three full bathrooms, plus a powder room.
Walk to nearby fishing, or take a short drive to the wonderful Village of Grand Lake and experience the quaintness of the local shops. Once in the Village, wander from the downtown boardwalk to the nearby beach and watch the sailboats going across the lake. Spend the day at one of the lakes, or hiking and exploring the variety of trails in the area. Dine out at one of the many restaurants in the Village of Grand Lake, or prepare your own meals back at the cabin in the well equipped gourmet kitchen.
You will be staying just a few miles from the entrance station of popular Rocky Mountain Park. The home is off Highway 34, 11 miles north of Granby and 3 miles south of Grand Lake in the Shores of Shadow Mountain subdivision. The area boasts summer repertory theatre, a newly re-opened Arts Council building, parades in the summer months, and outdoor activities abounding. This 4 year old cabin has not been lived in because it is a vacation home, so everything is new. The Town of Grand Lake is very quaint--the town that time forgot! One stop sign in the center of town and one paved street with wooden boardwalks, it's like something out of the old west.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
The house may be rented with either 3 or 5 bedrooms.
3 bedrooms (sleeps 6-8) the rate is $300/night - 7th night free.
5 bedrooms (sleeps 10-12) the rate is $400/night - 7th night free.
There is a 3 night minimum. Weekly rentals will receive one night free.
Cleaning is included in these rates. Credit cards,checks and money orders accepted
Holiday weekends: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day, requires
an upcharge of $100 per booking. 1 night dep. at time of reservation, balance due
15 days before arrival.
