Paris, Non-Smoking, no animals, in the northern part of the district 15 (arrondissement 15) close to the Bir-Hakeim metro stop, this cozy (45m² ~480 square foot) apartment offers all components to make your stay in Paris enjoyable.
It is located on the fourth floor (French standard) of a historical building (building was built to host the engineers who were building the Eiffel tower). It is very quiet. The building has an elevator.
The apartment is furnished in modern style. It accommodates a bed room with a comfortable bed (140cm x 190 cm), a book self with all kinds of touristic books on Paris and maps (feel free to use), a big chest of draws, huge hanging closet, iron, vacuum cleaner, Graco foldable baby bed available.
A living room with a pull out couch for 2 persons is possible, TV, dining table and chairs for 4 persons. A separated kitchen is fitted with all necessary amenities such as fridge, hotplates, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, and toaster. The bathroom has a shower, a wash basin and a WC (toilet).
The apartment is well located on the banks of the Seine. 2 supermarkets are not far away. The neighborhood is friendly and cosmopolitan. It takes a few minutes to walk to first metro stations "Bir-Hakeim" (100 m away) line 6.
Eiffel Tower, Trocadero, Invalides, Orsay Museum are well known tourist places which are within walking distance. The visit of Paris by boat on the Seine River is a unique and worthwhile trip.
The Champs Elysées with the luxury shops, restaurants, and also a well-known place for the night life is only a few metro stations away. Walk able if you wish.
Palais des Expositions at Porte de Versailles is easily reached.
Internet Wifi will be installed June 29th 2009 as well as the telephone with free long-distance phone call available (53 countries with free calls available: Canada, United States of America, Spain, Italy, Germany, Great Britain, ....).
The apartment has been entirely repainted in June 2009 and the windows have been changed to double glazing. As I only recently put my apartment for rent, I am looking for any of your comments to improve your stay in Paris.
Renting may start any day of the week depending on availabilities.

You are asked to do some preliminary cleaning before leaving apartment. However, 20 euros must be paid to guardian for washing the linen, towels, etc.
We do not rent to more than 2 persons for more than 1 week.

Although we have never lived (school and work) in Paris. I knew that we would always be landing through Paris coming back from our different locations around the world and Paris has so much to offer.
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
The apartment is extremely quiet but yet it is right near the Eiffel Tower and its location allows you to enjoy Paris to its fullest level. As the Metro is right at the corner, the kids and I get to go all over in no time.
