Beautiful and practical apartment for rent. The apartment is in a house situated in Laugardalur, one of Reykjavik most beautiful spots.
The apartment is convenient for 4-6 guests (4 - 5 adults and 2 children).

There is 5 min walk to the nearest grocery store. Shopping is endless in Reykjavik, mall in less than 10 min driving, named Kringlan.

We love to stay in our apartment. The apartment is in a quiet environment. It take only 5 min. walk to the largest outdoor swiming pool in Reykjavik, Laugardalslaug. Our apartment is near to one of the most beutiful spots in Reykjavik. We love to walk there and enjoy the peace and nature in Laugardalur. Our apartment is near to the center of Reykjavik. It takes only 5 min to drive there. It takes also just 5 min to drive to the best shoppingcenter in Reykjavik, Kringlan. We are central and in good bus connection.

My name is Inga and my husbands name is Sigurdur. We live in the country with our two youngest sons; Logi og Mani. I and my husband are psychologists. We have some horses. We love to travel. We like to ski and go fishing. We used to live in Reykjavik but we moved to Borgarfjordur in 1998 and have lived there since then. We have two grown up sons, one living in Reykjavik wiht his wife and 7 years old daughter and a little son. The other is living in Danmark with his wife and two children.

We stayed at this apartment for 5 nights and were happy with the location, the cleanliness, and how child friendly it was. Inga made sure we had a baby crib ready and there were toys for our kids to play with as well. She was very helpful with the many questions we had before we arrived! We enjoyed going for walks along the Reykjavik Harbour, the wonderful swimming pool (5 mins walk away), Videy, and our shopping trips to Bonus for groceries. The apartment was quiet and lovely. It was a great place to stay in Reykjavik and a wonderful way to begin our trip to Iceland!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
