This 3,481 square foot, 3-level townhome has elevator access to all floors, and a dynamic view of Baldy from the great room and master bedroom. The Great Room has cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, a stone wood-burning gas starter fireplace, large sectional, leather chair, game table, entertainment center (surround sound), dining table for eight, and many other accoutrements.
The Kitchen has every essential possible, granite countertops, hardwood floors, island bar and barstools, and two 13" counter TVs. A built-in office area is off the kitchen with internet access.
The Middle Floor houses three bedrooms. All bedrooms have custom cabinets, granite counter tops, limestone tile floors in bathrooms, large closets, down comforters and pillows. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, 32" TV in designer cabinet, large master bath with extra large tub and custom built-in shower, dual sinks, and deck with 6-person hot tub. The second Master Bedroom has a king bed, 27" TV in designer cabinet, large dual sink bathroom with tub and shower combo. The third Bedroom has two long twin beds, 27" TV in designer cabinet, bathroom with custom built-in shower.
The Lower Floor contains a ski hall with bins for your ski accessories, along with a large map of the Baldy ski area. The huge heated garage has room for a vehicle plus snowmobile trailer/boat, plus a mechanical room with built-in bench and sink with cabinet.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation before final payment will result in a loss of 10% of the rent for the stay, plus 8% reservations fee. Cancellation after will result in a loss of 100% of rent, plus non-refundable 8% reservations fee.
In the event that we are able to rebook the property the fees will be 10% of the rent for the stay, plus non-refundable 8% reservations fee.
NO SNOW POLICY: If either the Challenger or Lookout lifts at Sun Valley Resort/Bald Mountain are not operating less than 72 hours prior to arrival, the guest may have their reservations honored at any of ResortQuest International's other 32 North American and Canadian resort locations. This must be arranged prior to arrival.
Check-out time is 10AM. If you would like a later departure, check-out can be arranged for an additional fee.
Terms and Conditions:
1st Deposit: One-half of rent and 8% reservation fee are due at time of booking. Inside the final payment period, full payment is due within 48 hours of booking.
-Balance of reservation is due as follows:
