This third floor luxury villa offers spectacular views of the Atlantic ocean, grounds, and pool from the wrap around deck, accessed from the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen upgrades include stainless appliances and granite counter tops, and the open floor plan allows plenty of room for large families to relax. There is a 42' flat screen TV in the living room with a DVD player.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, TV with DVD player. The master bathroom now has an over sized shower with bench, three shower heads, including a rainfall head. It also now has a separate toilet room with sliding door. The second bedroom is almost a second master, featuring a king bed, 26” flat screen TV, oceanfront views, and a private bathroom with a full walk-in shower. The third bedroom has two twin beds, 25' flat screen TV and private bath with tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, 15' flat screen TV, and has a private bathroom with walk-in shower.

What a beautiful vacation. The unit has BRAND NEW GORGEOUS bathrooms (all four) and two of the bedrooms (both masters) have access to the deck. The view is amazing too. We felt like we were in a treehouse. The view from the deck is unbelievable because it's below the tree foliage but high enough that you feel secluded from anyone looking at you but you can view everyone walking their dogs on the beach in the evening. We had four couples there and each couple felt like there was enough space to do their own thing. None of us felt on top of one another. The kitchen was fully equipped, even a panini maker! It was very clean and worked out great for four couples. We would like to come back with my Mom and kids next time as it would be perfect for a family too. Perfect distance in the morning for a bike ride down the beach to Coligny for coffee. Loved it!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This property is spacious - all bathrooms were remodeled within the last month and contain granite countertops, walk-in showers (the master has a two-person shower with a rain shower), tile floors. The kitchen also looks very new with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The frig is a double door one - however, it is pushed so tightly into a corner that the freezer is almost unusable since the door only opens about 6 inches. The kitchen is well equipped with glasses, plates, flatware and pots and pans. It has very few utensils, however. We had to use steak knives to peel potatoes. The living room and dining room are functional - this area as well as the kitchen are tiled. The bedrooms are carpeted - the carpeting is stained and in need of cleaning. The living room is sparsely furnished with a large sectional and lazy boy chair - both of which really should be replaced. The entire condo has a rather sterile feel - there are no personal touches at all - leading me to suspect the owners of the unit do not spend any time here. The balcony is spacious and has a large patio set that seats six. The complex has a nice pool. The elevator broke down twice while we were here - making it difficult for my elderly mother to leave the condo. The grounds workers decided to powerwash the bridge to the beach during our stay - we had to put up with two days of nonstop powerwashing noice close to the pool - you think they would choose another time to do this rather than during a busy Easter week. The bedrooms were very spacious and the beds comfortable. The 4th bedroom with twin beds is quite small. Our two teenagers felt rather cramped in there - it would be fine for small children.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

That was our first project as new owners. We will be replacing the living room furniture soon with some new pieces. We are actually hoping to do that before the full summer season kicks into high gear. This will be in addition to having the carpets cleaned throughout. I am sorry to hear about the Elevator and beach walk - I do hope that you reported the elevator to the management company that we use; as they in turn would have contacted the Regime on your behalf to make them aware of the issue I do hope that you and your family will continue to come back to Hilton Head and we hope to have you visit us at Windsor 310 again in the future.
