Hi Skeeter, This house was amazing! It has everything you can think of and then some! Our family truly enjoyed staying at your villa. The pool was great, the deck was awesome, the layout of the house was great, all the rooms were very spacious (and we needed that since we have twins!) the game room was much enjoyed by our kids and grandpa! The location was a little drive away from I-4 but it wasn't a big deal once you got the hang of it. Shopping,groceries,entertainment were a bit of a drive but when you're on vacation who cares right??! I had my doubts before going that maybe it wouldn't be all it was decorated to be but to my surprise it was perfect! Oh yes and one big detail that I loved was that the neighborhood was soooo peaceful. After a couple of days I kinda felt I lived there! lol! I'm from Miami so I know what loud is and that's not at all what you experience at Skeeter's luxury home! Thanks again Skeeter your home was such a pleasure to stay in ...we are even considering renting it for the holidays! God bless!

With a big family of 23 ourselves - we have tried to make it accommodating to the "whole family". You are right - the first drive to the villa seems long. But, actually it's only about a mile to the Post Office annex, a new Dollar General, 3 miles to Publix Grocery, CVS Pharmacy, Gas stations and Banks, and only 6 miles to I-4. We appreciate you choosing our home for your vacation, and welcome you back anytime. We decorate our home for Christmas / New Year's guest! Skeeter & Sandy

We had a wonderful time. The house was nice and clean and a short 10 minute drive up to the Disney properties. The layout of the house provided a great general area for everyone to socialize and a nice area upstairs for the kids to sit and chat and play games. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool - it was maintained well and clean. Plus there was plenty of room for everybody to sleep. I would stay there again.

Skeeter's Villa is great!

Skeeter's villa is a great house for a large group. The photos on the website DO reflect what the house actually looks like. The house was clean and ready for our arrival. The community is in a quiet area but close to Disney and other attractions. We were at Disney within 20 minutes without much trouble. The homeowner called the day of our arrival to see if we liked the house, and this was a nice touch. We had a small issue with the internet and it was addressed promptly. There were plenty of things for everyone to do when we were at the house. The gameroom provided lots of entertainment, the older kids played playstation 2, and there were movies to watch and games to play also. We enjoyed the pool very much also. The water was very warm and we were able to swim on a cool December day. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, although we didn't cook much during our stay. There are plenty of bath towels provided, too. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Skeeter's Villa and we would rent this house again. I would highly recommend this house to others.

Your home is lovely and worked so well for us as a family of 8 (which included 4 kids, an adult niece and one grandma). My littler ones, aged 5 and 7, were in hog heaven with the pool. I think they may have slept in their bathing suits just to be ready to hop in as soon as they woke up! And grandma polished off a couple of trashy novels while sitting poolside each morning. One particular morning we got a visit from the sand cranes. In addition to giving us quite a dancing show off the edge of the patio, they stepped up and ate crackers right out of our hands. My kids are still talking about that! We had a fabulous week of water fun, beaches and amusement parks, and it was a real treat to have a big, beautiful, clean home to return to in the evening. Your kitchen is particularly well stocked with dishes, pans and appliances, the game room is a 10, and overall the house is really beautifully decorated and very nicely maintained. Two suggestions: First, it would be really helpful if you could add a patio umbrella sometime in the future. The afternoon sun is harsh, even if you like the heat. Nothing fancy, just someplace to get a little shade if you are not a swimmer. Second, you should advertise the fact that your home includes beach towels on your website and VRBO listing. I have stayed in other rental homes in the past, and have never had them provided. You may not realize what a bonus that is to people like us who arrive there to enjoy the beaches. Given the ever increasing cost of airline luggage, not having to pack one full suitcase of just beach towels is a big deal. Take credit for that! Overall, we had a wonderful vacation, and your home was a big part of making it so nice. Thanks so much. Kelly & Family

We had a total of 12 people (3 generations (ages 1 to 66); 7 adults, 2 teens, 2 children, 1 toddler; ) stay here and we absolutely had a wonderful vacation experience staying in this home. The home is very inviting and even more beautiful than the pictures can show. Most of all it was very clean. We arrived and really felt as if we were home due to the very warm feeling you get being there. There was more than enough space for everyone to do their own thing and we weren't crammed or crowded at all. As an added bonus if you're traveling with little ones, there were 2 strollers, a pack n play crib, and a highchair. This helped make life pretty easy for us! The owners are extremely pleasant and very easy to work with; and most of all very honest. My mother wanted to bring this home back to New Jersey, however, we will settle on knowing that we will definately be going back! Three thumbs up; an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10; a glass running over; however you want to call it - this one is definately a WINNER!

We have enjoyed two weeks now in this fantastic house. Yesterday on Indepencence day we had a great barbeque evening. Everyone has enjoyed the pool every day. And our two families have been to Disney, Aquatica, Sea World and Universal, and of course shopping --- lots of shopping! We will recommend this house to everyone in Norway. Thank you for the fruit!

What a great family time we had here. You house is such a great place to relax in, and have fun with all the activities you have provided. We saw the sights at Disney World.We laugh together playing guitar hero, and enjoyed the pool. Hi, The use of your house after the cancelation of our flights was a great boost. The kids, my wife and I would recommend your villa to anyone. Although a auto is a must! The extended 11 days spent here after the volcano eruption in Iceland preventing flights to the UK were very enjoyalbe made so by Skeeter's Villa. Many thanks.

Thank you for sharing your villa with us.We had a great time. The house is perfect. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the community playground. We all enjoyed the heated pool! The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We were able to visit Sea World, Magic Kingdom, and Animal Kingdom. I stayed at Skeeter's Luxury Vacation Villa during the week of June 27th, 2009. Wonderful accommodations. Nice private pool and complete game room with pool table and air hockey table. Plenty to keep children occupied. The property was very clean. Yard was well kept. The community clubhouse offers an additional pool and playground. We were only about 15-20 minutes from Disney. I would definitely recommend this vacation property to family and friends. We had a great time. I can't wait until I can go again. Nancy C

This house is great. It has everything you need and is furnished and decorated beautifully! The pool was wonderful and the gas grill was great. The location is great, quick and easy access to the Disney parks and SeaWorld. We will definitely stay here again.

I vacationed @ Skeeter's Villa on June 27- July 1, 2009 with some Family Friends. Beautiful house and very clean . We did'nt want to leave. There were 8 people all together we had 6 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of space for everyone. We hung out by the pool and enjoyed the private, and peacful deck . We grilled dinner and shot pool and played air hockey in the game room. The home is very comfortable and roomy . This would definantley be a home I would go to over and over again. Sherry M.

I would recommend this house for any family big or small. There is plenty of room for the whole family and then some. The kids loved the pool and game rooms.We loved the safety and security of the screened in pool area.They had their own private living room upstairs with games and a game room downstairs also.The layout of the house allowed us to feel like we were all together even though we were doing out own things.I could be in the kitchen fixing dinner and the husband on the couch, while kids were upstairs playing a game but we could all still talk.The house is beautufully decorated and so clean that you could eat off floors, which is unheard of with rentals. There is not one bad thing i would say about this house.It took us about 10-12MIN to get to universal studios and about 1.5 HOUR to get to a very nice beach. It was a great experience and we can not wait to come back.Thanks to the owners for taking great pains with this property and we will be back.

Grea Vacation Rental

The rental home was exactly like described on the internet. The home was close enough to all of the action of Orlando yet far enough away to allow you to have space and breath away from the crowds. You felt very safe in the gated community. You were in close proximity to convenience stores and restaurants. My family of five and my brother's family of five stayed in the home for a week over Spring Break 2010. The home was very comfortable and felt like home! With ten people, the home was still very spacious and accomodating for everyone and there was still room for more people very comfortably. There was plenty to do at the home even during down times. It was hard to keep the kids out of the pool! It was fabulous! The owner of the home provided great service. He was always available to answer questions prior to the trip and he even called after we arrived to make sure that everything was satisfactory! You could tell that the owners took pride in their home. They truly wanted everyone to feel comfortable and it was very easy to do! The instructions were very clear and the recommendations for local restaurants and shopping were greatly appreciated. I will definitely rent the home again if I am ever in the area and will recommend it to others!

Stayed here with friends in November. Spent the day at Disney (about 20 minutes away with the construction traffic), Location is great for escaping the crowds after a long day. Relaxing in the private pool was an added bonus. If you are not into the theme parks there are numerous golf courses within a couple of miles. The game room and community club house offers plenty of activities to spend the day indoors. Lots of room for a large group or family.

Lovely Home

I have been to Florida many times in the last ten years and stayed at various places and I can honestly say this is the best home I've ever stayed. This spacious home has rooms that are beautifully furnished with comfortable beds in each of the bedrooms. This was the only home that I have stayed at that has offered a computer with Internet service, which was especially helpful if you wanted to look up area attractions or find driving directions from the property. Not only is there a giant screen television is the living room (as well as tvs in each of the bedrooms) and an inground swimming pool, but there is also an awesome gameroom with a nice pool table and air hockey table. You won't regret renting this home for your next vacation.
