I chose this location because of its maritime feel, yet it is close to the Washington, D.C. Area. Having a home directly on the beach and being able to sit in my living room and watch the beauty of sunsets on the water has brought countless moments of tranquility into my life.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Few things in the urban hustle of Washington, D.C. area compare to a clear starry night at my home. Being able to walk out my door and right onto the beach makes my home very special to me. My family has enjoyed embarking on kayaking excursions right from our private dock. If I am not outside, The gourmet kitchen that I designed has made cooking and baking for my many guests an epicure's delight.
