Large bedroom in the back facing garden with Queen Size bed and private bath, 1 medium size bedroom with shared bathroom, and 1 cozy bedroom with 2 twin size beds. There is an additional bath off of the living room.

Fully functional gourmet kitchen with brand new high end stainless steel Viking appliances and granite countertops. Utensils, spice rack, flatware, server ware and other items provided for your convenience.

TRANSPORTATION:
Car is not necessary. There are 4 bus lines that take you everywhere in the city from downtown to the ocean. A cab ride to downtown costs around $8.
AREA ATTRACTIONS:
Many area attractions are close by or walking distance, including City Hall, Japan town, Haight-Ashbury, Golden Gate Park, Castro district, Fillmore Street. The unit is within walking distance from many well-reviewed area restaurants, coffee shops and night life.

Why the Owner Chose Alamo Square
I always brought my friends and relatives to the 'city' when they were visiting. I never gave a second thought to any houses, I thought they looked pretty tight on space. Well, was I wrong, I was blown away when I first saw how spacious this house was. I began to notice all the intricate details of the Victorian houses around and fell in love with these gems. Well, what can I say, this is the most beautiful city! and my house is in the perfect location, great for corporate rental.

I love this house, perfect juxtaposition of old and new, just like the famous painted ladies - reminiscent of by gone era proudly standing against the modern backdrop. I love the huge master bath, view from bath tub! My most favorite is the penthouse patio, the view is just AWESOME. It is a great feeling to be watching the San Francisco skyline from your bedroom! The easy, convenient access to key points of interests the city via public transportation is an added benefit
