Thank you Bruce and Julie for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful condo on Orange Beach. The condo met and exceeded our expectations. The view was amazing..the location very convenient...the condo clean...uniquely decorated with all the conveniences of home...except it comes with the hot sun and white sandy beaches. Everywhere we went in Alabama we met friendly caring people...we had a lovely holiday. If we return to Alabama we will be checking to see if your home is available for us to enjoy again.

We arrived on March 31st to celebrate my 30th birthday and spring break. When I opened the door, I was immediately blown away by the view and just the overall sight of the condo. It was a beautiful condo with wonderful decorations. The beach was absolutely beautiful and was not crowded. I highly recommend this condo for anyone's stay at the beach!

A beautiful, wonderful place - did not want to go home, lol! Everything was just as promised and more. Perfect experience and peaceful! Children loved the cheerful decorations, also! The worst thing that happened to me there was the pizza place got my order wrong, haha! Thanks for the best Spring Break ever!

Perfect 25th Anniversary Get-A-Way!!

My husband and I had an unexpected change of events just before celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We needed a get-a-way within driving distance. This was the PERFECT place! It is a beautiful condo....decorated so cute and the owners have taken care of every detail. The book of restaurant menus with personal recommendations was very helpful. The view is fantastic and we really enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the boats and dolphins. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a great condo on a beautiful beach in a fantastic area!

This Condo has great views and is super nice inside. I have been staying at condo's in Orange Beach and Destin for years and it is absolutely the largest condo in this price range we have ever visited. The owner does a great job of giving it a beach feel while inside the condo. Huge master bathroom - just like home!

The condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The patio furniture was excellent. We had a wonderful time on the beach and watching the boats go in and out of the harbor. Very relaxing! THIS IS ONE OF THE NICEST CONDOS THAT WE HAVE STAYED IN. THE INTERIOR DESIGN WAS GREAT...VERY COLORFUL. THE VIEW WAS EXCELLENT...NOTHING LIKE WATCHING A FLORIDA MOON ASCEND LATE IN THE EVENING OR A BEAUTIFUL SUNRISE IN THE MORNING FROM THE BALCONY. THE OWNER WAS VERY CARING. NEVER HAVE WE HAD AN OWNER OF A CONDO CHECK ON US TO MAKE SURE WE MADE IT TO THE CONDO. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING. WE WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THAT WANTS TO STAY IN A BEAUTIFUL CONDO WITH A GREAT VIEW. ALSO, SEVERAL NICE RESTAURANTS IN WALKING DISTANCE. VERY ENJOYABLE.

We had a wonderful weekend and really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back to this specific condo! First, the owners were very easy to work all around. I was able to speak with them directly and they were very helpful. When we arrived, we absolutely loved how cheery and beachy the condo was decorated. Even the recliner was beachy and comfy. Moreover, it was exceptionally clean! My husband and I really loved the king size bed and the spacious bathroom. The kitchen was really nice to cook in and we enjoyed the living room and kitchen area being so open. The photos they have posted depicted the condo accurately but it is definitly even better in person! Also, the view was stunning. We could see the beach and loved sitting on the patio enjoying coffee and lunch. And they had lounge chairs by the table and those were great for napping/reading. I would definitely recommend this place in fact we already have to our friends! We will be back! Thank you!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at your spacious condo on the beach after a long hard school year. We took advantage of the beautiful beach, outdoor pool, indoor pool, sauna, fitness room, and spent the rest of our time eating and shopping our way through Orange Beach. Thanks, Julie, for calling us personally and checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I couldn't believe the colorful decor of the rooms and the huge master bathroom. We felt so spoiled and hated to leave after our week at your condo. We would certainly like to come back and do it all over again. I parasailed for the first time; that was one of the highlights of our trip! Thanks again for making our stay at Orange Beach unforgettable!

Our hosts called to make sure everything was okay, enjoyed the personal touch. The unit is decorated to get you in mood for a fun week. All amenities were in perfect order, as well as the condo amenities, indoor and outdoor pool plus hot tub. Exercise room, sauna, steam. yet still small, not "touristy". Close to grocery, and wonderful new shopping center across street, with great restaurants. Loved the "Steamer " the best, seemed more "local", food and drink wonderful. Plan to go back!!

We are in love with this condo. My husband, who is not a beach person, declared this the best beach view ever. It is truly an amazing view. And the area was not crowded. Inside is spotless which is my main consideration. Furniture is very nice and shows NO wear. I liked the fact that the hall bathroom also had a door into the second bedroom. You could close the hall door thus making it accessible only from the guest room making it very private. It has a very good inside pool which I liked as it was a little cool in the outside one. But the outside pool is really nice too. Both are clean and well kept. What you can't really tell from the pictures is how close to the ocean you are. You walk out the back (pool side) of the condo and you're on a boardwalk to the ocean (maybe 30 seconds to get to the sand). And it's across the street from the Gulf Shores Steamer which we found to be the best food/best value for non-fried seafood. And also across from a great Italian/Seafood restaurant. I could live here in a minute! Actually we enjoyed our stay so much that we're actively looking for a condo in the area to purchase. Didn't expect that - ha!

My Mom and I had the opportunity to go to the beach for a girl trip and we could not have picked a more beautiful, peaceful place to stay. The balcony view is absolutely breathtaking! The decor is gorgeous and and is very appropriate for the beach. This condo is convieniently located for shopping and eating out. A perfect place for a vacation and comes highly recommended. Hope to have the opportunity to stay there again.

This condo is everything described and more - the beautiful sunrises and fabulous full moon rising over and reflecting off the water are beyond description. The white sand beach is beautiful, and watching the pelicans soar and dolphins play has been such fun. Owners are wonderful to work with, and the condo truly is easy access to everything Orange Beach & Gulf Shores. Such a relaxing, beautiful home away from home - can't wait to come back and enjoy it again. .

Wonderful time at the Beach

We just came home from a wonderful vacation at the beach. The white sand was so beautiful and the weather was perfect. The Condo is so nice and the views are great. We are morning people and loved to get up and watch the day come to life. The sunrise is beautiful and we could sit and watch the fishing boat head out to sea. It was a very relaxing trip. There are lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. All in all...a great place to be. We would love to go back. Thank you Julie and Bruce!

What a lovely vacation spot. The view is spectacular, and we loved the fact that you could see both the bay and the gulf from the balcony. The boat traffic keeps things interesting as well, and the sunrises across the bay are stunning. A word of caution however on a key issue. Neither the beds, nor the balcony chairs have any FDA warning labels affixed to them. A simple addition of the wording “Caution, may induce extreme laziness and/or sleepiness”, would be warning enough before any unsuspecting soul would attempt to take “short” naps. The condominium is decorated in an almost contemporary, yet happy way, which is absolutely perfect for such a lovely setting. We’ve been to the Gulf a couple of times, and have simply never had this much fun. We’ve stayed in smaller complexes, and larger ones too, mundane tourist trap beaches in the Caribbean, and on mile wide beaches in Africa. None however compare to this little gem, only seven hours away from home. The beaches are clean, and empty (unfortunately). My wife and eldest son spear fished often enough for flounder, and kept us stocked up on fresh seafood. The fishing in the area couldn’t be better apparently, and they had a blast. Julie Your place is great - the views are amazing and the condo is spacious. The beach was beautiful- one day one tarball, the next quite a few small ones but not enough to interrupt a wonderful vacation, walking on the beach, etc. Many people ignored the double red flags (for swimming) because with no visible oil, no smell, etc. they seemed silly. I wish the media would report how beautiful it is because it was like a ghost town there- I have never (in 40 years) seen so few people at the beach in the summer. Totally unwarranted. I am so sad for everyone who depends on the tourism industry to survive.

We spent 4 nights in this condo and loved it! Julie and Bruce made sure we had everything we needed and more,,Its so clean and decorated so nicely and the the view was awesome!! Our three kids loved feeding the birds every morning from the balcony! The beaches were very nice, just wish everybody understood that you can enjoy your vacation the same.. Hope to vacation there again !

The condo was very nice and had everything we needed to make it feel like home. It was very clean and spacious and had a beautiful view of the water. We were even able to enjoy the beach with very little impact from the oil. The indoor and outdoor pools were great too. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They kept in touch from the time we booked until we arrived. We will definitely be returning!

We were worried about our trip to Orange Beach. We happened to be there during the bad weather from hurricane Alex, and that washed up a lot more oil than they had seen before in the area. However, we had a wonderful time. They tried to keep the beaches clean (despite the storm), the locals were super friendly and the restaurants we tried were great. We can recommend the restaurant Cobalt which is really close to the condo near the Caribe resort. Great food and good service. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. Loved the area, I hope to visit again - would definitely stay here again.

AWESOME Vacation

We had 4 boys to entertain and it was a big success at this condo. We had enough room for all of us and the condo was very neat & clean. We ate in most of the time which was easy to do since the kitchen had everything we needed. We utilized all the ammenities (indoor & outdoor pool, workout room, etc...) as well as the beach. The beach was great! My boys caught funky fish, crabs, shrimps, and things I didn't know existed. I also loved that the beach was not overcrowded. There was fishing right next to the condos. There was also a rock wall where you could see HUGE hermit crabs and a great place for pictures. For a few days we took the boys out and had a great time at the waterpark and restraunts around orange beach. I definitely want to go back next year!

Couldn't ask for a nicer place, view, location, etc. It was great. Getting to see all the boat traffic from the balcony is rare, don't know of any other place that has that view. The beach & water was as perfect as I've ever seen it, I used to live there & we go at least twice a year so I've seen it a lot. The condo's really nice as well, absolutely no complaints. I sketched up the master bath layout to incorporate in our next home build. Can't wait to go back! Thanks Julie!

We absolutely love your condo and always have the best time when we are down in Orange Beach. The news had us a little worried about the oil spill, however the BEACHES WERE WONDERFUL!! We did not see or smell any oil. We could not have asked for more beautiful weather. We highly recommend going down to Orange Beach and staying in this condo the views are amazing and you couldn't ask for a more relaxing vacation.

Took my parents (they are in their seventies) to this condo last week May 2, 2010. Owners were very helpful and the condo is just beautiful! Perfectly located with gorgeous beaches and views. The grounds and common areas of the building were kept immaculate and they had all the amenities you could ask for. My dad did his treadmill in the morning...no doubt made more pleasant as the fitnes room is beside the indoor pool so I'm sure he enjoyed the view! :) The indoor pool also was glass on 2 sides so you could enjoy the ocean view while swimming. There's indoor and outdoor hot tubs too which is nice. My mother is recovering from hip surgery and we found the room's location very convenient as it wasn't far at all from the elevator and the elevator is right where you come in from the parking area. As I am a real estate Broker myself, I'm very critical of properties but at the rates the owners are offering on this one, it's a steal. :) We plan to go back sometime soon and definitely want to stay there again.

Thanks for 4 great nights in your unit at Grand Pointe. The weather was wonderful, the unit was so nice, and we were able to relax and enjoy our brief stay on the Gulf. Thanks for having all that we needed at your unit and for making our stay so easy to book. We so enjoyed having the deck furniture so we could watch the boats coming and going. We even saw several herons fly by with fish in their mouth. Great time!!!

This was a great location for our family which included two teenagers. We could enjoy the beach, pools, area restaurants and views from the deck, relaxing and reading or making a meal in our own kitchen, which saved money. The owners were wonderful to work with making sure we were comfortable and had all the information we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The condo was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean! We just returned from a very relaxing week at this unit. This spacious condo has everything you need and more. The view of the Pass and the boat trafic is spectacular. One of most positive benefits of this complex is that the beach is not crowded and many people fished from the jettys. I would recommend this condo to anyone!!

We stayed in this lovely condo during spring break. The owners were pleasant and helpful, even calling upon our arrival to make sure everything was to our liking. The decor is perfectly "beachy", every one in our party adored it. I was searching today (9-16) in hopes of booking a last minute Labor Day get- away. No surprise it's already booked.
