Villa Magnolia is located in Sant’Agnello di Sorrento, in the Colli di Fontanelle village, 6km away from the centre of Sorrento and 9km from Positano.
This fortunate location named " Belvedere" has a breathtaking view on the Amalfi coast and Li Galli isles and Ocean.
It's a large property that includes a nice swimmingpool with partial view on Amalfi coast and a really nice and aimed garden.
The Villa it has been recently remodeled.
In the villa you'll find a large lounge with full equipped kitchen and a television set, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi and the other with shower box.
Outside there is a wide courtyard and a porch with a wood-oven for Pizza and BBQ.
You can try to make your own Pizza, or ask for a professional "Pizzaiolo" to make it for you!
In the garden there is a nice swimingpool with sunbeds and unmbrellas ready for your sunbathing and an annexed outside shower. The pool will be available from the middle of may untill the middle of septmber weather permitting.
At guests disposal, a cultivated areas where guests may pick seasonal vegetables for a fresh Neapolian cuisine!
Villa Magnolia is located just 80 mt. away from Villa Miragalli, so could be rent togheter to host a large party of 2 families or friends.
All prices are in euro; rentals are inclusive of maid service once a week.
Price includes final cleaning, linen and towels, electricity, parking, swimmingpool.
Heating if needed euro 2.50 per hour.
No others fees or taxes.
Check-in after 4.00 pm - check out before 10.00 am or by different arrangement.
Security deposit: Euro 400, 00 (paid locally by cash) at the time of arrival.
The security deposit will be refunded upon departure subject to any deductions for damage.
Upon arrival at the Villa we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and sign the inventory.

In September 2003 after 10 years living in Punta del Este-Uruguay and Paris working like Private banking Bank Manager, I came back Sorrento and I start to rent my family villa, it was a success!!!
I received tons of enquiries from web-agencies and friends, so I decided to do it by myself!
