Villa Magnolia is located in Sant’Agnello di Sorrento, in the Colli di Fontanelle village, 7km away from the centre of Sorrento and 9km from Positano.
This fortunate location named " Belvedere" has a breathtaking view on the Amalfi coast and Li Galli isles and Ocean.
It's a large property that includes a nice private swimmingpool with partial view on Amalfi coast and a really nice wide and well kept garden.
The Villa it has been remodeled in 2007, and it's fully air conditioned and Wi-Fi cover.
In the villa you'll find a large lounge with fully equipped kitchen and a television set with international channels, three bedrooms (two queen and one twin) and two bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi and another with shower box.
Outside there is a wide courtyard and a wide porch with a Traditional wood-oven for "Pizza" and BBQ.
You can try to make your own Pizza, or ask for a professional "Pizzaiolo" to make it for you!
Back in the garden there is a nice private swimingpool with sunbeds and unmbrellas ready for your sunbathing and an annexed outside shower. The pool will be available from the middle of may untill the middle of september weather permitting.
At guests disposal, a cultivated areas where guests may pick seasonal vegetables for a fresh Neapolitan cuisine!
Villa Magnolia is located just 80 mt. away from Villa Miragalli 4br/4ba could be rent togheter to host a large party of 2 families or friends.
Note to rental:
All prices are in euro; rentals are inclusive of initial and final cleaning (no mid week).
Price includes final cleaning, linen and towels, electricity, parking, swimming pool ( weather depending).
Heating if needed euro 3.00 per hour.
No others fees or taxes.
Check-in after 4.00 pm - check out before 10.00 am or by different arrangement.
Security deposit: Euro 400, 00 (paid locally by cash in euro or in $ or £) at the time of arrival.
The security deposit will be refunded upon departure subject to any deductions for damage.
Upon arrival at the Villa we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and pay the security deposit.

In September 2003 after 10 years living in Punta del Este-Uruguay and Paris working like Private banking Bank Manager, I came back Sorrento and I start to rent my family villa, it was a success!!!

The owners Miguel & Tina were very nice and pleasant, and Bruno helped us tremendously with all the questions we had. We had a problem with water pressure, so it was difficult taking showers. I believe, however, that this was due to a water problem at the time we were there only. The view was only a partial view of the sea. The place was very clean and neat but we only had one set of towels to use for the whole week...we may have been able to ask for more, but we never inquired. We enjoyed the StellLucia restaurant that was near the villa---delicious food at reasonable prices. We wished that we could have stayed at another villa across the street with a magnificent view. The owners and Bruno were fantastic in trying to please us.

We spent a wonderful week at this villa (June 5-12, 2010). The property itself and the views are spectacular. The owners, Michele and Tina, were excellent hosts and made us feel welcome immediately. We are a family of three generations, including three children (ages, 15, 9 and 2) and found this to be comfortable for all. The pool was a favorite of all of us and the gardens were not only beautiful, but provided room for the children to play as well. Dinner at their new table under the gazebo was a perfect end to the day. We had arranged through the rental agency to hire a pizzaiolo to come one evening and we were delighted when this turned out to be Michele and Tina who produced wonderful pizzas for us in the villa’s outdoor pizza oven. It was the highlight of our stay! Especially the Nutella dessert pizza! Our hosts were most generous. Although no vegetables were ready at the time of our visit, they shared ripe cherries and lemons from their trees with us. The only small difficulty we experienced was in finding the villa – the name has been changed to La Pietra Verde and we missed it on the first pass. A car is a must if you stay here but you will not regret choosing this villa. We would love to return.

Maison très agréable avec un jardin magnifique et une vue superbe, idéale pour passer des vacances proches de la plus belle cote du monde sans avoir les inconvénients de la foule bruyante des touristes. Proche de tout et à l'abri des voisins. Piscineavec vue imprenable sur la cote Amalfitaine. Gentillesse extrème des propriétaires qui ont mis à notre disposition les produits du jardin (fruits légumes...) mais aussi leurs contacts et leurs bonnes adresses. On reviendra

"lovely villa, beautiful gardens, stunning views" We cannot fault the villa, gardens full of wonderful home grown produce, pool or the helpfulness of Bruno. We visited the area in August and the roads were very busy and we found it difficult to park in some of the smaller villages. A trip to Pompeii by train was a high light as was the road side lemonade.
