The large bright European kitchen is a delight to cook in and fellowship with your family or guests. Two master suites and a third bedroom with a trundle that will also make into a king if requested.Quiet location near the end of the road with plenty of parking and tent space.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$250/nt with 6 or less. 2 nt min $10 per person over 6 each night
Lowest rate $1500wk is for 6 or less your 7th night being free
Highest rate $2000wk is for up to 20 still getting the 7th night free
I do require a $120 cleaning fee and $250 refundable damage deposit
We have discounts for ministry related activities, couples and last
min bookings. First night, cleaning and damage deposit will lock in
your date and balance due 30 days in advance unless otherwise agreed
upon. Late cancellations of less than 2 wks will lose their deposit.

Year Purchased: 2007
We've been married thirty-seven years and and we have a very large family. Rick is a retired music teacher, and I, Carol, am a homemaker who wears many hats. Rick is now a fishing guide on the river. I on the other hand teach water aerobics. We are Christians and music is a major part of our lives. The highlight so far is becoming Grandparents to three little munchkins.
Why the Owner Chose Florence
We live in such a beautiful area that when this house became available to us we opted to buy this spacious home rather than enlarging ours for family gatherings. It is close by, so we have easy access for cleaning, setting up guests as we often do, and renting by word of mouth.
The Unique Benefits of this House
This house is located on a single lane road that dead ends, and is great for bike riding, and walks along the Siuslaw river. The view of the rivers, and mountains can be seen from every window in the home. The great room includes kitchen, dining for 20, and living room all in one. The kitchen can accommodate several cooks at one time. The grounds work well for camping, and during summer we have river access for swimming. Family room has big screen T.V. with wood stove, and game table. Living room has electric fireplace, and three love sets for a cozy setting. Laundry facility and large single car garage connected. Garden with over 100 roses and surround deck with barbecue and table and chairs.
