This riverfront home is just a short drive to Daytona Beach and by boat only a few minutes to Ponce Inlet. Sit on the dock and enjoy a cup of coffee while viewing the Ponce Inlet lighthouse at night. The boathouse can lift up to a 30’ boat. Excellent fishing right off the dock, or travel by boat to great restaurants and marinas. Nice quiet residential neighborhood perfect for walks and bike riding. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Hardwood floors throughout house with beautiful kitchen, including granite countertops. The Unique Benefits of this House
One of our favorite things is sitting out on the dock in the morning with a hot cup of coffee watching dolphins and wildlife. We love hopping in the boat for an evening cruise out to one of the many restaurants on the intracoastal waterway. We love the quiet neighborhood and enjoy kayaking, fishing and crabbing off our dock, and bicycling along the river.

A great coastal vacation

The owners of this wonderful property really went out of their way to make sure everything was okay for us. They have a beautifully updated house which is well-equipped for a coastal vacation. (Don't forget your chicken necks for the crab trap.) The location was perfect for us since we had our boat. (But I don't think you need a boat to fall in love with this house.) There are many close by attractions -- restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. I just asked my husband what he liked. He said: the open views from the back of the house to the water -- and the dock. The neighborhood is great, too. Nice for walking/running/biking.

We are hooked!.....We had a super time at your home. Sitting out on the dock watching the wildlife was one of the highlights of our trip. Only 15 minutes to the Daytona Speedway made it really easy for us to get to the show. Having room to park our trailer was definately a bonus too. The house was great! The open floorplan and wall of windows facing the water gave it such a open feeling unlike a condo or motel room. Quiet, the whole neighborhood was quiet and the people walking the streets were all very friendly. We will definately be back next year! Thank you for opening your home up for us! Charlie & Debbie

The accommadations were excellent. The views were great. Secluded and yet close to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores etc. I haven't enjoyed myself this much in a long time. Thanks.

This was an experience to remember. Not only were the owners hospitable, they made sure we had everything we needed. The views cannot be duplicated and the house is in a great neighborhood. This will be a return spot for sure. I cannot do justice to this place in my review, much better than I expected.
