Beautiful remodeled single story home directly located on the intercoastal/river waterway with a gorgeous water view. Great Location!!! This riverfront home is just a short drive to Daytona Beach and by boat only a few minutes to Ponce Inlet. Sit on the dock and enjoy a cup of coffee while viewing the Ponce Inlet lighthouse at night. The boathouse can lift up to a 30’ boat. Excellent fishing right off the dock, or travel by boat to great restaurants and marinas. Nice quiet residential neighborhood perfect for walks and bike riding. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Hardwood floors throughout house with beautiful kitchen, including granite countertops. Fully furnished and equipped. Sleeps 6 people.
