This apartment is centrally located in the Marais, close to a metro stop, yet comfortable walking distance to the Pompidou Center (Museum of Modern Art), Picasso Museum and Notre Dame.
Spend your days wandering the narrow streets, discovering the hidden treasures of the Marais—museums, art galleries, boutiques, cafes, quaint squares, gourmet restaurants and epicurean delights.
We recently remodeled Rose and it offers you all the comforts when traveling away from home. Nestled on a quiet cobblestone courtyard, you will find a peaceful haven to relax after a busy day sightseeing, or you may even decide to stay inside, curled up with a good book.
Located on the ground floor, with tall French doors opening onto the flowered courtyard, it can comfortably accommodate 4 adults. There is an open ‘loft-style’ living space with high ceilings and an interior spiral staircase leading up to the mezzanine where there is a double bed, with a firm mattress.
We provide high quality French linen sheets and towels (pure cotton).
Downstairs is a sofa, which converts to a comfortable double bed. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, with coffee maker, espresso machine, full size refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. Here is also the bathroom where you will find a large walk-in shower as well as a washer/dryer.
For those who need to stay “connected”, there is broadband WI-FI internet access as well as the International Herald Tribune delivered to your door daily. Additionally, there is cable TV, with many international channels such as CNN, BBC, CNBC, MTV, VH1, ZDF etc.
You will also find a large selection of books on Paris as well as many English novels and classics, a CD player and a multi-system DVD player, with a selection of CDs and DVDs. There is a telephone and answering machine and all calls in France are included in our rental price.
So, a little about us: we are ex-pats (a family of 4), who have spent several years in Paris. We greet all of our renters and are happy to answer any questions you may have.
We live nearby and are very familiar with the neighborhood; we can help with making restaurant reservations, offer suggestions of where to eat, where to go etc. We want our guests to have a taste of Parisian life!

LOCATION
Rose is located just near the metro stop: Arts et Metiers. The neighborhood has many hidden treasures, such as art galleries and designer boutiques; due to many improvements in recent years, it has become one of the most sought after areas in Paris.
Young designers and artists have made this area their home. You will not find a throng of tourists when you go out your door, but a real Parisian neighborhood. Stay here long enough and you may find you too will get to know the shop owners.
Though not touristy, you are just a two-minute walk from Square du Temple and all the historical sites that abound. Here on Rue de Bretagne, you will find the oldest produce market in Paris, the Marche des Enfants Rouges, which has been recently renovated.
Organic food, seafood, a wine bar, the most colorful and tasty fruits and vegetables and many quality caterers such as Italian, Moroccan and Japenese are to be discovered inside this covered marketplace. Weekends are lively when the locals meet, talk and shop together.
