A fully equipped Kitchen for your indoor meals. We have a covered patio on the river with a fire pit and picnic tables for great outdoor meals or cook outs.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck by the big Thompson River. A place to relax, fish and enjoy Colorado. Each Living area is spacious and comfortable with a rustic Colorado Mountain atmosphere. All equipped with couch's for conversation or napping. Both the Lodge and cabin have fireplaces to enjoy cool Colorado evenings. We have a lot of activities to include a BIG screen TV, Pool Table, Air hockey and Hot Tub. We also have plenty of novels to read.
$1,995./a week REPRESENTS A $600. per week DISCOUNT OFF THE NORMAL $2,595. WEEK RATE. WE ARE GIVING THIS $600. DISCOUNT PER WEEK THROUGH SEPT. 2009 TO HELP FAMILIES THROUGH THIS TIGHT RECESSION TIME EVERYONE IS GOING THROUGH. WILL OCCASIONALLY CONSIDER 3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY WHEN POSSIBLE FOR $995.00. (HOWEVER THAT IS VERY RARELY AVAIABLE) OTHERWISE WEEKLY RATES ONLY.

#4.=FISHING CABIN: has 1 sets of bunk beds + one twin bed. Sleep 3 additional people=3
#5.= NEW Addition SPRING 2009: PING PONG ROOM with New King Size Trundle and 1 New twin bed,=3
(plus a 4th fireplace / wood stove combo.) BATHROOMS. THE NEW PING PONG ROOM WAS ADDED THIS PAST SUMMER. IT HAS A NEW TRUNDLE BED THAT HAS A SECTION THAT RAISES UP WITH A REGULAR MATTRESS TO MAKE INTO A REGULAR KING SIZE BED. THERE IS ALSO A TWIN BED IN THIS ROOM WITH A REGULAR MATTRESS PLUS A FIREPLACE. THERE ARE TWO LARGE CLOSETS' ..THIS AREA CAN BE CLOSED OFF AT NIGHT AS A PRIVATE BEDROOM. THIS ROOM WILL SLEEP 3 OR MORE. THERE IS ALSO ACCESS TO A BATHROOM WITHOUT GOING THROUGH SOMEONE ELSE'S BEDROOM AT NIGHT. THERE ARE NO PICTURES OF THIS ROOM ON OUR WEBSITE YET.
THE FIRESIDE ROOM ALSO HAS A QUEEN PILLOW TOP BED JUST LIKE ONE YOU WOULD HAVE IN YOUR HOME. IN ADDITION THERE IS A LOVESEAT THAT MAKES INTO A TWIN BED. THIS ROOM IS JUST OFF THE DECK AND RIVER AND HAS DIRECT ACCESS TO A BATHROOM AND WILL SLEEP 3 AND ALSO CLOSES OFF AS A PRIVATE BEDROOM AT NIGHT. IT ALSO HAS A FIREPLACE AND A BIG WALK IN CLOSET.
THE MEXICO ROOM ALSO CAN BE CLOSED OFF AS A PRIVATE BEDROOM AT NIGHT WITH ACCESS TO BATHROOM WITHOUT HAVING TO GO THROUGH SOMEONE ELSE'S BEDROOM AT NIGHT. THERE ARE 3 SEPARATE LOVESEATS IN THIS ROOM WHICH EACH MAKE INTO TWIN SIZE BEDS AND WILL SLEEP 3.
THERE ARE 4 SEPARATE AREAS INCLUDING THE SMALL CABIN THAT CAN BE SHUT OFF FOR PRIVATE BEDROOMS AT NIGHT. THE MAIN GREAT ROOM IN THE LODGE HAS A NICE BIG LEATHER COUCH THAT ONE PERSON COULD SLEEP ON WITH PRIVACY AT NIGHT CLOSED OFF FROM THE OTHERS AND STILL HAVE PRIVATE ACCESS TO A BATHROOM. THE lodge IS SET UP TO BE TOTALLY OPEN IN THE DAYTIME FOR ENTERTAINING WITH THE ABILITY TO CLOSE OFF AS PRIVATE BEDROOMS AT NIGHT. There is a Full functional kitchen with all pans, dishes, eating utensils , linens , towels and bedding included and some firewood. EVERYTHING IS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. HOWEVER THE 2 BATHROOMS in the LODGE DO NOT HAVE A FULL 36" DOOR FOR WHEELS CHAIR ACCESS INSIDE THE
