    Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Four writers searching for space and quiet. We discovered both on Kiawah Island along with nature at her finest. The sound of the ocean, the firm beach for walking, deer in the dunes, sunrises to inspire...all found during our stay at 1110 Duneside Villa. We look forward to our next stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely love Kiawah Island and will keep coming back. This condo was wonderful....very clean, very comfortable - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would request this villa again.

    Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was very nice. The location was great and the recent updates were well done. However, there was a terrible roach problem. We probably killed around 20 roaches over the course of a week in the bathrooms and living areas.

    Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Reviewer Comments: We were a little concerned with the back porch not having a railing over to the stairs leading to the lower dining area.This could be dangerous for a small child(which we had) or for someone imbibing to much.

    The Duneside rental is very spacious and comfortable, with a very pretty view of the ocean. Views from the upstairs deck are especially nice, and we enjoyed eating family meals on the large screened porch. The property was very clean and well maintained, but a bit dated in terms of the bathrooms and the kitchen. All the bedrooms had nice tvs, and we were able to connect to the Wifi with no trouble.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

    The Duneside rental is very spacious and comfortable, with a very pretty view of the ocean.     We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa - we have been to Kiawah before but never stayed at Duneside Villas... we loved it! The unit was stocked well - we didn't need anything. Absolutely a very easy stay - no problems. Thanks - we hope to make it a Thanksgiving tradition to go back! It was perfect for our family! Mary Ann

    We spent a week at this villa in August. The rooms looked exactly as they did on the website. Everything was very clean. The location was great, a stone's throw from both the beach and the pool. We had a nice time, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

    Spent a week in the awesome villa over the July 4th holiday. Very well equipped, layout of living areas on the first floor, bedrooms on the second gave everyone room to spread out. Can't beat the location- very near the boardwalk to the beach, and across the street from the neighborhood pool. Very satisfied with our selection of this villa, and hope to return soon.

    We enjoyed four wonderful days in this lovely villa. The ocean views from the living area on the first floor as well as the master and queen bedrooms on the second floor are just as described. The property manager was so great to work with us as we could not rent for a whole week. We really appreciated their flexibility and understanding. We would highly recommend this particular villa, but if it is not available we would certainly recommend renting another property managed by Akers, Ellis and Truluck! And we recommend Kiawah!

    We spent a week at the beach and had a wonderful time. The home had everything we needed and was very close to the beach; which was great with 3 small children. We will definantly return to Kiawah!
