Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our fully appointed home! Enjoy water views and sunrise from the wrap around deck. Our home is located on the island of Cedar Key in a residential neighborhood. There is plenty of room to park your cars and boat.
The master bedroom features an en-suite bath with double vanity. The guest room has twin beds, and the den can accommodate an occasional guest on a twin fold-out chair and a half. There is a second full bath for guests.
The eat-in kitchen is fully appointed, and has a new dishwasher and microwave. We also just purchased a new full-size washer and dryer.
The living room has a 36" color TV, cable, DVD, VCR, and stereo system.

Year Purchased: 1995
This home is owned by William and Maryjane Stevens, brother and sister. When we bought the house, William was living in Maine and vacationing in Florida. Maryjane and her husband, Roger, live in Atlanta, and love to come down to Cedar Key to get away from the big city.
Why the Owner Chose Cedar Key
We bought it because it is next door to our parent's home, and rented it out year-round until William moved to Cedar Key full-time in 2006. He is now living next door with his mother, so we decided to rent it out seasonally.
The Unique Benefits of this House
When you rent this home, you will enjoy waking up to the sounds of the birds and the gulf. Because the house is on stilts, and the home in front of it is not, there are great water views from the deck. The house is appointed as a personal residence, because that is what it is.
