Awesome place to hang out for a long weekend! Very comfortable and spacious. What was really nice is that there was a queen-size bed under a bunk in the second bedroom so the kids didn't have to sleep in the same bed. Having a deck where we could put the boy stinky boots on was a bonus. Lots of nice amenities and nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Mammoth. The owner is very sweet too!

We were very surprised with the cleanliness of the condo. Everything was at it was shown in the picture the rooms were as described with lots of space for all our gear. The locker room was at the far end of the building which is the farthest from the gondola but still doable. We are a family with four teenage to adult children and did not feel crowded. Every problem we had our owner was very quick it take care and it did not effect our vacation

This was a great condo with everything we could possibly need for our family ski trip. Even the snow was good!! Leslie is very helpful and gave us advise on where to eat and rent equipment. We will be back this summer. The bunk bed for the kids was perfect and the room was decorated in a bear theme. My kids loved it. They watched a movie in the Movie theatre in the other building and cannot stop talking about the experience. I highly recommend this condo.

We have been coming to Mammoth for 7 years and have stayed at many, many different places...homes, hotels, condos etc. We really enjoyed the convenience of staying in the Village at Mammoth. From the parking, security, amenities, shops and restaurants to the comfort of White Mountain Lodge...it was a great experience. This property was exactly as described, clean and very comfortable. We would love to come back again!

I have stayed in the Village multiple times now, both renting from the Village and renting from owners directly. This condo was perfect for our big group. There was enough space, and the condo was very clean and well maintained. The owner was easy to deal with and everything listed in the description was accurate. The village is a perfect place to stay - walking distance to the lifts and bars/restaurants. We loved it and can't wait to go back!

This place has everything you need. Housing for 6-7 people. 2 Bathrooms, and a view of the Gondola and village down below. we snowboard and staying here has become the best place we have ever stayed at in the 4 years we've been doing this. The laundry however is not in the unit but downstairs in the lobby next to the gym and jacuzzi and you do have to have coins. The place has a gas remote controlled fireplace, all the cooking utencils needed in the kitchen with electric stove and dishwasher. There is a sofa bed in the living room and a dvd player as well. Perfect location, Perfect accomodation and great owner! A must stay with all the amenities and comforts. Parking is underground sub and all gated. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect Location and Beautiful Condo

We spent a long weekend at this condo in The Village. Check-in was a breeze and Leslie was friendly and helpful. We were so pleased with the condo. It was immaculate and quite large! Each bedroom had a private bathroom and the beds were so comfortable. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony. We made all of our meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. We took advantage of the heated pool and hot tub each day and it was great to relax. Complex was quiet and in a great location. Would recommend this property to others and we will definitely return!

Great location for family ski vacation

This condo is in very good shape and well-equipped for a family of 4, including 2 younger children. It could have comfortably accommodated 2 additional people. The owner was very helpful and responsive to my questions. Given the condo's location in heart of The Village, it is ideal for easily getting on to the slopes. The only downside to this central location is that there was quite a bit of noise that comes in through the master bedroom (but not so much in the rest of the condo) during peak apres-ski hours since the condo is right across from one of the main bars in the Village.

I stayed in Leslie's condo in December for a early ski trip and was very pleased on our arrival. The condo was beautiful and was just as described. Leslie provides sleds for the kids and pool floats for the pool. We loved to look over the deck and see all that was going on. We loved our stay and will be back in the Summer. Rates were good too. We enjoyed our week in this condo very much. Its location in the Village puts so many conveniences with easy reach. The place is clean and well-equipped. I was pleased that the parking was not a very long way from the room and that the elevators are swift. Getting a fresh change of towels after three days was a nice feature we haven't seen at any other condo in town. The view of people walking up and down the Village "street" was pleasant. We'll be back at some point.

This is our second visit, we HIGHLY recommend this place, beautiful decor, comfortable large king bed, Pictures do not do justice, very clean and well maintained. Shops and restaurants are conveniently located just below the condo. Leslie is very professional and helpful. We've stay in mammoth many times, but never in the village. This condo is perfect! Our kids 6 and 8 years, also loved this place, their bunk beds, tv in their room, and of course the pool. The parents-- also enjoyed the fully-stocked kitchen, comfy king-size bed and posh bathrooms. And the location of Starbucks, restaurants, shuttles, the list is endless. Leslie was also wonderful and responsive owner, and answered all of our crazy questions. This is definitely a place we'd like to stay at again.

Very convenient, spacious condo at the Village

My husband and me rented the condo for a few days. We have 4 yr old twinboys and all 4 of us loved our stay. It is super kid friendly. Leslie really puts effort in making her guest feel at home. The fully equiped kitchen, the portable luggage trolley that helps you take your luggage in and out of the condo, the hotel kind of amenities ( linen, towels, toiletries etc), I can go on and on...it really does feel like a second home! The condo is conveniently located in the Village, with its shops, restaurants, Starbucks and so much more. The kids loved the pool ( just an elevator ride down) as well. Thank you Leslie, we'll be back for sure!

We stayed in Leslie's condo in March 2011 and had a wonderful time. The condo is located in a spot in the Village that is overlooking Gomez's and had a great view of the Gondola. The condo was quite and had all the things that we needed. Leslie also provides sleds for the kids to use. The condo was very clean and the best thing about it was the log bunkbed, our kids loved it. I would reccomend this condo to anybody. We also got a very good deal!

A belated thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. It was a fantastic getaway for our family. Your home is the perfect base for winter adventures in Mammoth. Clean and comfortable condo in the Village

A beautiful spot to vacation and a spectacular introduction to the Mammoth area. Minutes to hiking and biking trails for the summer time and conveniently located next to the mountain for skiing. The house is tastefully designed, well kept clean and comfortably slept 5 for our cousin's weekend getaway. A wonderful reprieve coming from the city at the time. We enjoyed the short distance to the shops and restaurants in the Village and the breathtaking views from the condos patio. The condo had every thing we needed for our trip and Leslie was very helpful and when we lost one of our keys she arraigned for us to get a new one at the front desk. We will defineatly stay here again. Thank you so much Leslie.

My Husband and I rented this place for a week and it was better then what I could imagine. We have two boys and this was a perfect location for us, restaurants/coffee shops, pool and hot tube steps away. The pictures posted were spot on, i think it actually looks better in person. Not overly decorated, very comfortable furniture and everything one could need in the codo. We were super impressed that the owner actually took time out to think about what we might need on our stay: DVD's/Videos for all age groups, a collapsable wagon for taking things up from the garage....on and on. Thank you and we look forward to returning to this Awesome summer getaway!

Multiple Visits - Great Memories

We've stayed in this condo two years in a row (June 2009 and Aug 2010). It's a wonderful place and we feel right at home. There's always activity in the village (concerts, people watching, food, drinks, etc.) and the view from the balcony lets you partake of it all. The owner, Leslie, completes the perfect getaway with her friendliness, professionalism, and responsiveness. She's trustworthy and has never let us down. There is nightlife nearby (especially on Fri/Sat) so keep that in mind.

Very Nice Accommodations But Disappointing Experience

Our friends stayed here in 2009 for the Mammoth Jazz Festival. We visited them here and found the condo to be very nice and comfortable as well as very convenient to the "Holler" one of the main venues for the Jazz Festival. In 2010, we booked the condo for the Jazz Festival. When we arrived at the condo the evening before the festival the condo was not clean. In fact it was very dirty, especially the bath rooms. Our friends were appalled. We called the owner. We didn't get a response. We called the administration of the condo association. They couldn't help us because the rental was by owner. We left messages with the owner that we would go to dinner but wait for a call to find out when the condo would be ready. We didn't get a call back and it was 2 hrs.later, so had to rent a place for the night. We stayed at the Quality Inn. Since there were 4 of us we needed 2 rooms. When we finally spoke to the owner, she said she would reimburse us for our hotel expense. She gave us only a partial reimbursement after several requests for the reimbursement. The cleaning staff manager told us that the condo was never scheduled to be cleaned before we arrived. He even showed us his schedule. We were promised full reimbursement for the hotel but never received it. We will never stay here again and will never recommend it. We were lied to and embarrassed because of what our friends experienced. Additionally, we had to keep calling the owner to ensure that she would send us a check.

Owner response:These people did not stay in my condo. VRBO's customer service would not investigate and they posted the review anyway. They must have mistakingly posted this review for a different condo. I take pride in my condo and I would never leave a condo unclean for my guests and then not address it. As you can see by my other reviews that my condo is great and I address any problems promptly.

I've stayed here on several occasions, and this place is fantastic! It is such a great value, it's so comfortable and the location cannot be beat. The owners keep the house super clean, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything we need to cook full gourmet meals (except for groceries, of course, that would be weird). But the best part about the condo, in my opinion, is the location. It is a 5-minute drive to main lodge and the gondola is right in front of the condo - and you can catch a ride on the shuttle if you don't feel like driving into town! It doesn't get much better than that! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. The owner takes really good care of the whole property, and are really responsive if you have any questions/concerns. I will DEFINITELY be coming back!!!

We had a great time and cant wait to return. We loved it and it was more beautiful than we expected. Leslie was outstanding and the view from the balcony was cool, right in the middle of the village. The apartment was amazing and provided us with everything we could want. If you are still renting it next year and your rates are good (the same as this year would be fantastic)!!! we would be very interested in booking it for another 2 weeks (if you would allow us) we would be thinking along the lines of 5th-19th Feb - if my calandar is correct presidents weekend next year is 21st so we would rather miss that week as it was much busier. Hi Leslie, I just wanted to thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful condo. We loved the location and created some wonderful memories with the kids and all our friends who come here from San Diego every year. We left the condo pretty clean and put all the dishes in the dishwasher but ran out of soap so we cannot run it before we leave. Everything is in good shape and nothing broken as we depart for LAX tomorrow morning (Monday) at 7:00 a.m. I will leave the 2 owner keys and parking pass on the counter. We usually plan our x-mas trip around June and would like to rent your condo for pretty much the same time next year if it is available.
